    Wonderful video, great pace, clear instructions, the message is delivered loud and clear! Don't sit for long periods. I generally stick to a similar rule, except mine is 45 minutes I take a break of 10 minutes during which I lift weights. I got an old cardboard box and filled it with dumbbells, kettlebells and skipping rope. I use it every hour for 5-10 minutes. It's in my living room so the scenery change is also nice. I am terrified of doing a Dexa scan though. I think it'll show huge problems that I'd rather not know about...

    Amazing info. I am going to implement some practices immediately. Working from home, I am trying to figure out how to get my steps in. Lizzie what walking pad did you purchase, incline or no incline
