27:01 Yee, intruders that jumpscare/kill you do run on time limit. Even if you reported them beforehand it's always best to skip the camera before or after reporting. To the next camera, previous, doesn't matter. Just get off the one the intruder's on and don't go back until it's fixed They normally don't happen instantly like the last one or this one(it only happens if you don't report/notice/see them in time. They don't pause when you're on another camera either. They will keep going from start to finish whether you're on that camera or not). You have to be in the camera in time to catch em. Both those times y'all didn't look to see if there was an intruder so they killed you off instantly xD even if you're not on the camera.

I love watching you guys play this game. Also I'm glad it was mentioned that the intruders kill you if you linger on them too long. Although Arin saying it's bullshit they kill you so fast isn't quite right. Intruders have about 3 positions they take before you die, one far away, one a bit closer, then another right in the camera. Arin just lingered on the other cameras far too long and the Intruder made his way to the camera during that time. Same reason they got jump scared in the last episode because Arin tends to stay on each camera for an eternity. Not complaining because I love the series but you do have to be a bit more snappy with the cameras. I feel it actually works in your favor to go faster because your eyes can spot things easier, if you linger on one camera and memorize it your brain tends to forget details of other rooms.

My guess is that when they left that camera/area he spawned and they took so long to get back to the platforms, that when they did he was right there. too close for them to fix it.

You know, as someone with Misophonia it's really hard to listen to someone talk while eating, especially when they're close enough to a mic to pick up the sound. I really want to watch this episode but I can't freaking handle the noise of someone talking with food in their mouth. I know Arin and Dan have done it in the past, and I could never watch those episodes either.
Wow, Arin finally turned the brightness up! And all it took was Allie asking him to do it three times at the beginning and then him figuring it out on his own two hours later.

I wonder how many times Arin is going to play this game before figuring out that his insistence on trying to memorize every screen the first time he sees it takes so long that, by the time he gets to the later cameras, he believes some of the more minor anomalies are just how the room is supposed to look because he never saw the room in any other previous state.

The series has developed habits with the player to stay on screen with the intruders because they behave oddly. Then the habit is reinforced with having the first half of the game have intruders that are docile and you can stay on screen and they don’t wipe the run. I like when games develop habits and then punish them, but in this case where a run can get wiped late game so quickly, is a bit to unfair and to punishing. Especially when they were doing really well. Either they need to patch the issue with the time restraint, or make those intruders more common early on so the player can practice reacting to them. The game is slow paced as well, so even more reason it needs to be fixedzz
Day 18 (Since The death of the giraffe town playthrough): As the world record holder of giraffe town, doing this stupid daily gag thing, I have to say I've OBSERVED some oddities for commenting, like how copy and pasting anything can sometimes cause my comment to not appear, meaning I have to re write that opening bit every time.
Hahaha, I laughed so hard at the train announcer, it's Swedish, of all things it had to be my native language xD What I picked up on, between my fits of giggles was "line ?? will arrive in 4 minutes". Also heard a train going to "Mörby Centrum", which is a real one.

You know, as someone with Misophonia it's really hard to listen to someone talk while eating, especially when they're close enough to a mic to pick up the sound. I really want to watch this episode but I can't freaking handle the noise of someone talking with food in their mouth. I know Arin and Dan have done it in the past, and I could never watch those episodes either.

Wow, Arin finally turned the brightness up! And all it took was Allie asking him to do it three times at the beginning and then him figuring it out on his own two hours later.
“That’s what I’m saying, we should change the brightness in the BEGINNING” - Arin, who was requested to up the brightness oodles of times, even agreed in reply for a couple, and then proceeded to never ever do so.
Around 3:50 digbeth station and uptown were switched on the sign!
The language is Swedish. And the voice is saying that the train will arrive in [insert number here] minutes. Its the same voice that announces the train in the swedish subway.
I love this series, it so chill with the background music they have for it, I could relisten to this to sleep

I wonder how many times Arin is going to play this game before figuring out that his insistence on trying to memorize every screen the first time he sees it takes so long that, by the time he gets to the later cameras, he believes some of the more minor anomalies are just how the room is supposed to look because he never saw the room in any other previous state.
I hear that announcent from the Stockholm red Line almost every day. Apparently can't even get a break from it when watching Donald and Arnold on my break time!
The series has developed habits with the player to stay on screen with the intruders because they behave oddly. Then the habit is reinforced with having the first half of the game have intruders that are docile and you can stay on screen and they don’t wipe the run.
I like when games develop habits and then punish them, but in this case where a run can get wiped late game so quickly, is a bit to unfair and to punishing. Especially when they were doing really well. Either they need to patch the issue with the time restraint, or make those intruders more common early on so the player can practice reacting to them. The game is slow paced as well, so even more reason it needs to be fixedzz
Some intruders and atleast 1 distortion that I know of can insta-fail the run for you in these games unless you go off camera while fixing them.
Day 18 (Since The death of the giraffe town playthrough): As the world record holder of giraffe town, doing this stupid daily gag thing, I have to say I've OBSERVED some oddities for commenting, like how copy and pasting anything can sometimes cause my comment to not appear, meaning I have to re write that opening bit every time.

What I picked up on, between my fits of giggles was "line ?? will arrive in 4 minutes". Also heard a train going to "Mörby Centrum", which is a real one.
This and geoguesser is about the only thing I watch the grumps play anymore but it’s just so satisfying to watch
19:04 I can't believe I saw the intruder's silhouette in the train almost immediately, I actually paused and went back to the previous time they were on that screen to make sure the game wasn't just joshing me, and I was right in thinking I saw something! Then I was like, I really don't know if they're gonna notice that;; then the next screen was the train where the dude was THERE, and when it went back to the tracks and he was gone, I was like OH! IT'S THE SAME GUY HALLELUJAH!
At 16:35 it was the exit sign that had disappeared in the lobby

what I like about this series, is that they just chill and they just start rambling about whatever and cracking dumb jokes and make voices and stuff
It's insane how close they were with how well they did at finding tiny ass anomalies! Still I really like this episode, the vibes of like a 3 person shift crew doing observation duty while at low energy is soooooooooo cozy!

Imagine game grumps actually doing an interview series like the intro for Jory’s game is everything. Dan just sat hanging with the guest making small chat to make them comfortable, cut to Arin bursting through the door and striding in making a bee line for the guest immediately starting the questioning in monotone mere inches from the guests face is something I didn’t know I needed. 😂 hopefully their guests will be as composed and quick responding as Jory 😂thanks for everything you guys do
