While camping alone I hear terrifying howling coming from deep in the Arizona forest!! I was filming a camping video showing a day in the life living in a pickup truck camper. Well into the night I was sitting near the campfire when I begin to hear a scary strange sound coming from deep in the forest!! Im still am not exactly sure what the sound was. It could have been coyotes, Bigfoot, Sasquatch, Mothman, Jersey Devil, chupacabra, or ghostly spirits??

I agree with DerekDuncan900. you may be in Sasquatch territory, they do exist in Arizona. One of your other videos had a woman screaming that you were looking for. On occasion, Sasquatch scream like a woman in trouble so all things considered. I think you’re hanging out with Sasquatch country and don’t know it. You should know it for your safety. They do several things. Rockthrowing, banging on trees, crying like a woman in distress. If these things sound like they’re moving around you, you may have more than one. They do talk to each other if the intensity is very unnerving they’re trying to tell you to leave. Best TH-cam on this is: “The Round Table of Knowledge by HTH”.

Fortunately, the overwhelming majority of people like the cooking scenes, so I’m definitely gonna leave them in! I always joked around about that as well, cooking is probably one of the funnest activities to do well camping! Maybe that’s just the fat kid inside me tho ha ha ha 😂

Hey, local Phoenician here, 70 degrees is still to hot! Lol. I live in an RV, this summer has been the most brutal yet, i moved up here from Tucson back in '96. My b-day July 25th it was about 119 degrees OUTSIDE, inside, maybe 140 or so, my circuit breaker popped so my pups and I sat for 4 hrs untill the temp went down enough for me to turn on the AC. 🥵. We're still in the '90s now, but I'm glad tripple digits are done for now. Hey, the cooking scenes are great, I don't use my propane stove, I have an electric hot plate and electric skilit and they work great. Microwave and crockpot to. I follow and watch others like myself, I pick up tips, get ideas, it's pretty cool. Nowadays, the nomad lifestyle seems to be the most affordable. Well, sorry for the long talk, have a good night.

Aw, thank you so much for praying that this channel becomes a full-time one day ha ha ha I have basically devoted my life over the last two years to learning how to shoot video and edit and make these videos and how to title them correctly, etc. so I hope one day it all pays off ha ha ha You know what that is a great idea! Your videos make me think that I need to do something with my life. I worked in management for years 70 to 80 plus hours a week. I have been no where up till last year. I lost my younger sister, that made me think maybe it time to slow down and visit family and enjoy life. I'm 64 and your videos give me hope, Thank You.
Ironically I watched a video today that talked about how most people aren’t depressed, they just need to have a goal in life. Im not saying you are depressed l, but it got me thinking about that in my own life and I feel like they are exactly right!! When I was just taking each day at a time I was miserable!! This channel has been a huge goal for me!! In fact probably one of the longest things I have worked for with practically no pay or reward until two and a half years into it!! I can honestly say this channel has changed my life is so many ways for the better!! I think because I was focused on a goal and it makes me happier than ever to know it’s all finally starting to come together!!
And yes, please slow down and enjoy life and make family a priority! Time is the only thing you can’t get more of!!

@@franjescaj that’s all it starts with! I had three businesses I was running so I had all the money I ever wanted but I had zero time to enjoy it. I ended up in the hospital for chest pains and realized something had to change. I haven’t regretted my decision at all!!
Luckily the chest pains were anxiety and not a heart attack!! But it scared me enough to change my ways.
@@worklessenjoylifemore that’s crazy. I actually ended up in the er with chest pains also. Mine ended up being a heart condition and the dr was very clear I had to reduce the stress in my life !! I am 100% in my happy place when im just out in the woods …. Who knows.. 🤷♀️

One thing to add a little more variety is to get those microwave Rice-a-roni bowls. One bowl is a serving. What I do is heat up the bowl in the microwave and prep whatever extras I want to add. I like to slice thin strips of Spam and grill it on a bed of onions with thin strips of sweet peppers and let the onions burn just a little bit. Add fresh ground pepper and then mix it with the Rice-a-roni in a bowl. Tastes great when it's f-freezing outside.

Yeah, I actually wanted to take my boat and go camping on one of the lakes or reservoirs down south this week but the temps are still pretty high and I think it would make for miserable night trying to sleep when it’s 80 something degrees ha ha ha

Hey Larry...My god ,You would freeze to death up here in Alberta during the winter...50°F in the winter would be amazing...It gets down to -36°C with a windchill of about -60-70°C...It burns your face in seconds....That's why I want to come down to Arizona in February...I hate ,,no worse ,I despise cold and winter........Hey my blue heeler heard the coyotes immediately and started barking ..definately caught it...cool Amo box idea...

Yeah, there are times where I get scared and don’t wanna be out there but the more I go out and camp alone the more I get used to it and I don’t get as scared anymore. Ha ha ha

Howdy from Pa. Please keep your cooking. I like to see what and how you cook outdoors. If people complain they can skip through that part. How do you find the areas you camp in? Do you do any research like Google maps and research before going to a new area? Like seeing your videos. Looking forward to your new posts. Hugs to Mason. He's so cute!
So I’m the worst when it comes to planning my locations where I go, I usually wait until I’m sitting in the truck ready to leave and then I will check the weather in several areas of the state and pick out which area I prefer to be in for the weather and then from that point I’m sort of a creature of habit so over the years I have continued to go back towards the same areas that I’ve camped previously but just move a little further out so overtime all my regular areas just keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger if that makes any sense ha ha ha. But if I’m in an area where I don’t know anything about then I use an app on my phone called iOverlander and that shows a lot of really good Boondocking camping locations.

Honestly, when I heard that noise, it did sound weird, but it sounded like it was so far away that I didn’t feel like I needed to stress too much. Ha ha ha plus Mason didn’t seem too concerned so I wasn’t that scared. Now I have heard things in the woods that have scared me to the point to where I’ve left my location, I guess it just depends on the situation. Larry, Great Video!! My Wife & I enjoy our Tuesday Truck Camper videos with you & Kenny! What we like are your cooking videos, any Truck camper modifications you make, your description of the areas you stay in and there locations(of course, some remain secret!), , history etc.. BTW your video of the caves and in the Two Gun area was freakin GREAT! We really learn a lot watching!! One Tuesday video can be enough, we know it takes a lot to put one out every week, 2 a week would probably be too much and may lose something!! We pick up our Truck Camper by the end of the month and can't wait!! Of course Mason looks cool with his hair cut. Do you have any problem with fleas or ticks? What about Mason?.....lol Sorry, I could'nt resist. See ya next Tuesday!

That's a nice camp sight. Very beautiful. As for the burner, try some needle nose pliers. It's not going to fix the problem,but you might be able to use it.
After this video, I actually took someone’s advice and switched out the entire burner assembly with another burner. So now I’m finally able to use my front burner! Hallelujah! Thank you though for your help! 😊

Well, thank you very much for sharing your comment and for answering my question. I get what you’re trying to say and I’m glad that you mentioned the Geo tracker because I wasn’t sure if people liked that either. I’m thinking about making a video where I take my boat out but I wasn’t sure if I should do that because I don’t want to take away too much from the truck camping which is the original idea of the channel.
As for your previous comments on my scary videos, honestly, at this point, I don’t really like those videos either anymore and kind of wanted to delete them. Ha ha ha, so there is no hard feelings. Ha ha ha thanks for watching.

Fyi your not being lazy you sound a bit wore out.... dont know how you guys keep up with the pace on videos every week and working full time. I feel like I have I very little time keep my old junk working.
Me and the wife want to get out to Arizona for some ATVing but its a 2 day road trip to get there and 2 days back... so its alot of vacation time that gets chewed up. .. well i look fwd to talking with you more like I have gotten to do with Kenny.
Just do things at your pace and dont get burnt out...

Both Kenny and I talk every week and we have to keep each other motivated to keep going 😆!! TH-cam is soul crushing and it sucks when you put so much time and effort into to a video only to have TH-cam not show it!! We both just keep pushing until we can do videos full time!! Then we can rest 😂
We enjoy all your videos, how often does Mason get a haircut? We have a pomeranian she enjoys camping (boondocking) she gets cut couple times a year. How's the repair on the camper holding up? Keep the videos coming.
Mason gets a haircut probably twice a year even though he could probably stand for three or four a year but as you know they are kind of expensive ha ha ha
So far the repair seems to be holding up just fine, and I’m happy about it! 😆
I have to tell you ( an I’m not a ohh feel sorry for me kinda girl ) but I think it’s important u know ur show makes a difference.. my dads an old marine an is in the hospital he’s all I have so I have been very down an you have taken my mind off my worries enjoying watching you.. an I wish you would work on my big rv it needs work done an it’s hard to find people but thank u for ur knowledge an keep making shows .. you make me happy thank you !

Great video. That chili looked good. I wish i had the courage to do what you do. I get worried if my car might breakdown driving 30 mi.I also get anxiety out in the middle of nowhere. If i can carry everywhere i go, that might make it easier.
Hey 👋 Mike, I actually use to be really worried about camping alone! I had gone camping my whole life but never went alone before this channel. But after a few trips alone it my anxiety went almost completely away about it!! I just make sure I have cell service, I send my location to at least one family member, and I try to take any precautions I can think of!! So spare tire, some random tools, tire patch kit, extra water and food, ect! Then technically I’m never broken down 😂 maybe just camping in a spot I didn’t plan that’s all lol!! If I got stuck or broke down I would just have to call family and friends until I can find someone to help 🤷 Oh and of course I always carry!!
I find it’s a completely different vibe camping alone!! It’s very relaxing and you can do whatever you want!! You should try it at least once in your life! Anyways, thanks so much for watching 😊🤙

Not one damn complaint from me.....watched every thing you have posted in 2 days....cause that good. Thank you for your hard work. I thought that repair you did was really great it would be cool to see someone do the entire camper in that diamond plate at much as it could be. I prefer your truck camper your park camper with slide outs makes me always worry about fail to open. I personally love the look of air stream?? My grandparents owned one for 40 years and it was never needing repair..upgrade but not repair.
Yeah, I feel the same way I like the simplicity of the truck camper for sure over the fifth wheel! Hopefully one day I’ll win the lottery and be able to buy an airstream. Ha ha ha I always thought those were cool, but they’ve just always been out of my price range 😊
I really enjoy your videos including cooking! I have added cooking to some of my videos based on this. It is hard to do videos every week, and I just went a couple of weeks without any new videos. AZ has some really cool waterfalls, that surprise many people. It would be great if you did some camping, hiking, or just day trips to a couple of them. AZ has so much great locations. Keep the videos coming!
Hello Rowan 👋 that is a really good idea about the waterfalls! I’m only aware of a few that unfortunately only run during monsoon seasons. I would love to hike down to Havasupia fall one day and make a video! That is one reason why I am dieting and going to the gym, is to train to be able to hike down into the Grand Canyon for a future video! 😁

Hopefully we get a good monsoon season next year, and then you can get some videos of the waterfalls! If you haven't check out the Kaibab Petroglyphs on the Keyhole Sink Trail in Williams, that is another really cool place. When I did my video there, I had some issues with my 360 camera, so my video wasn't as good as I would have liked. I think that is another place that would likely be better during the monsoon season after a strong rain.

Well done love camping but one thing Buckle buckle Up even for your fur Pup.We had a few truck accidents in two years time. in our town .One dog went out the windshield the other dog,There was crack a hole enough to crawl out and ran in the woods and they didn’t find him up to two weeks. He was bruised up bad, but the neighborhood went out and searched for him.
You know this is a situation I worry about constantly. I’m not 100% sure how to buckle him up for him to still be comfortable because he is such a small dog. I worry that if I tie him to his collar that if we got into an accident, it might hurt him more? Honestly, getting into a wreck would just be a bad situation I never want! Obviously, I have no choice in the matter but maybe I should look into better safety restraints for Mason. Do you have any suggestions?
@@worklessenjoylifemore They have buckle up harnesses for dogs. I use them on my Rottweiler and German Shepherd my husky and my great Dane mind you I didn’t have them on the same time but I also use for my puppies they worked wonderful, especially if you open the door and they want to Bolt out the door. They also have the car seats for specially for dogs.

That's one advantage of a class B or C sprinter type RV over a cab over PU camper. In the B or C you can just get up out of bed when you hear a cryptid, get into the driver's seat and tear off without going outside!!
Yeah, one day I would like a class C RV for that particular reason! But for now this is what I have and this is what I have to deal with ha ha ha I guess it’s better than sleeping in a tent though ha ha ha 🤣 thank you for watching
