I have never been camping. I never ever want to go camping. I love to go on picnics during broad daylight but as soon as the sun even just begin to show signs of going to bed, I start to feel uneasy and am ready to go home. The thought of being out and about alone in the dark is my worst nightmare and in the deep dark woods to 😰. YET I like to watch people camping while I am snug and warm in my bed. There has to be a name for my phobia, but whatever it is called I have it.
Totally understand for me is a nightmare if I want enjoy nature there is the park I want people around me.
I grew up doing it. I love it. I could never live in a big city. That thought is my nightmare😅
I feel the same way and always say it’s a phobia of mine. I have really bad PTSD camping gives me anxiety the thought of tents gives me anxiety😩. Your are not alone😭I absolutely love watching others camp though 😂😂

I must respectfully disagree with you, because I suspect that genuine, healthy self-love is not something that is widely & honestly experienced, practiced, or understood by the overwhelming majority of the general population (at least not in America, but I can't speak for those in other countries because I've never lived or spent enough time there).
I believe that it's so poorly understood & rarely cultivated with intention that many people often associate, mistake, or confuse it with things like selfishness, oversensitivity, self-centeredness, narcissism, weakness, being difficult, picky, high-maintenance, fussy, finicky, or over-particular, overly feminine or effeminate, self-absorbed, & even rude or unhelpful.
I think this may be one of the reasons that when people think about, try learning, & attempt to engage in truly loving themselves, many often feel guilty, ashamed, foolish, embarrassed, stupid, undeserving, cheesy, inauthentic or disingenuous, uncomfortable, fake, shy, selfish, frustrated, numb, distant, & even angry.
However, learning to legitimately feel unconditional love for oneself, the type of love that fills all of the gaps that might have been missed during your development when you were being taught how to love, what love is, how & how much you should be loved, & what that love ought to look or be like, is something that I believe is essential for optimal quality of life & being able to experience such love in full for others.

They hear better than you do and they smell better than you do not everything that's watching you is moving. Not everything that might kill you comes in the night. Nor did they always have four legs those by far the more dangerous. A man alone is easy prey.
That E Bike ride looked like so much fun! You should do a tutorial on how you connected the Solar Panel to the AceVolt Power Station. Look like you were snapping it into here & there & connecting it to this & that & then plugging it in! You need a screened tent flushed right up against your van...front or back side. That way, whatever is watching you, won't be able to get to you right away. You can also place a tarp on the ground to walk on and also to cover up and block the bottom part of your van to prevent smaller creatures from coming through...otherwise, you're a sitting duck waiting for disaster to strike. Don't just sit out there in the day or night and not defend yourself. Bear spray should be strapped to your side and/or a weapon each time you set foot outside your van. Screened tents can be purchased at Walmart, amazon, sporting goods stores, etc.
Id have a pistol or at least a .22 rifle very close, but nobody would know.

BF gave me some nice vocals 2 weeks ago when I was last van camping. I bought a small handheld vacuum to clear out the bugs at bedtime. Keeps me from smashing then against the inside of the van 😂

I have a car camping tent and love it. It has a floor and provides privacy, too. We can even leave it and go to town. We sleep in the car and can close the rear hatch-which we do because we live in bear country-

Now that you have your gun liscence and a gun, plus bear spray, and an air horn regardless
It would be interesting if before winter, you got a really big tree stand and stayed up on it at night.
Maybe have Joel nearby with the van and a walkie (I’m sure he would bring lots of fire power)
You could take turns doing two-four hour shifts up on the stand for the night, record sounds and get a thermal camera to look around with. Maybe time Laps, or drone stuff just to play around with.
I think You’d be ok with someone like Joel close by (or vice versa) plus have a clear exit route to the van that would then be ready to peel out and take off if something strange happened.
Just trundled in from Eastern Canada and I have to say, there’s not many videos I can sit through, thoroughly entertained for 10min without commentary, well done. Quite the Rig ya got set up for yourself, that inverter is awesome, thanks for sharing as I live off grid and the Nomads and us share a lot of similar *ahem* survival techniques, lol.
As for Bigfoot, yup, he’s out there. Doubted it my whole life! How could something THAT big co-exist with us and we have no proof? Until I saw him almost two years ago. If I had of blinked or was looking East instead of West, I would have missed him running alongside the highway doing 120km/h. He was running about as fast as us, across a snowy bog 20m away. Two strides and he just disappeared. No time for video or pictures so I had to suffice with coming home and drawing him.

I myself love my ebike. I had made an ebike nothing like anyone else, it seems folks liked what I had done for camping on my ebike. I can travel on a trail for camping with my cargo. Keep enjoying your ebike. I been designing a new camper on my truck to stay on. You just enjoy what you been doing! I do use 4 batteries and travel 60 miles up down hills in my area in Washington, State. Take care! Fred

I couldn't tell if you were using g butter/margarine or mayonnaise on your bread. But (if you don't know this already), in a pinch if you don't have butter for grilling your bread, you can just use mayonnaise on your bread like you would butter.
