Wow. Its awesome to see how much Fran has turned the corner on Borderlands. Going from never really playing it or paying attention to it to saying that it is one of his most anticipated games of the year. I hope he continues to enjoy playing the franchise and enjoys B3 as well.
With Fran and Andrea becoming permanent members, Greg seeming to care less and less about big single player games and Tim not playing much of anything out of his narrow comfortzone, I think this will slowly become the number one podcast for looter-shooter fans. I do enjoy the consistent new indie games discussions or the few big single player games or exclusives that you guys do play and "review", but I feel like its pretty sparse lately and the ones you do play (Division 2, Destiny 2, Borderlands 3, Anthem) are much less interesting to me than most games. Or maybe I just hate the genre and you guys cover it because so many games are doing it now.
They cover a very small piece of a gaming pie in general. It would be great if they had a more diverse cast of hosts, but they don't. It's showing in their complete lack of knowledge when it comes to PC titles, but it's even worse than that: Surprisingly often they lack a common knowledge about big titles as well. The latest example: on their last Games Daily they didn't even know that BR more for BF V - Firestorm was out for a long time now. A person who casually visits several gaming reddits per several days would not miss on that, yet they didn't have a clue.
This was my favorite podcast. Now it's just not fun any more ☹ Tim barely plays/knows, Fran and Andrea are awesome but they only play FPS and multiplayer games which isn't everyone's cup of tea. Only Greg tries every noe and then to talk about different things. While Jared would ramble for way longer than he should at times, he was the only one after coming to mention the word "JRPG" on KFGC. Hope you get a new guy/rotating chair of someone who plays dofferent games that aren't FPS because that's what this podcast has become
Swords of Ditto came to PC last year. So much fun. But ONE HUGE PART that Greg didn't mention is that every time you die, you come back as a new version of yourself. It's a rogue-like which makes it much different than a Zelda esque game. But it's so fun. 11/10 would recommend.

"I've been in this industry for so long/I used to cover Nintendo for years etc." and then you hear him talk about games and I'm like... what are you talking about? His Sekiro talk on the Bloodborne GamesCast for example was embarrassingly bad. You would believe he actually didn't even play the game with the way he talked about it
guys your a bit wrong on the loot instacing of borderlands 3. they use the same system like dead island, a player level 5 sees his own weapons and enemies on his level (lev5). When his friends join (level 25) he also sees his own loot on Level 25 in his friends world of Level 5 and when he's looking on the same enemy as his friend, he sees the enemy as a level 25 and his friend sees that same enemy as level 5 in his level 5 world.
I know you guys will probably play Borderlands 3 to relax and enjoy with your friends... But I wouldn't mind seeing a couple of y'all do lets play with a couple of you and two guests or friends pop in when they are available thanks to the game has a system so high level players can play with a lowbie one and vice versa!
just here to remind everyone Gregg love Fallout 76 and recommend to buy it and then said Anthem is worth 60 dollars of your money with no shame on his face...
Its seems like gamescast has become a chore for these guys with the way they just speed run talk about what they’ve played.....episodes also becoming shorter and shorter...

I think this is a longterm thing. When you finish one character you may want to rush the next to top level, and this is a solution to not pull you apart from your group. It will encourage people to try all the characters.
The whole level scaling thing sucks. They should give you the option to turn it off. Why would I spend 80 hours getting the best loot in the game to go back and play with my level 5 friend to only get scaled down to his level and struggle to kill guys I killed early game. I should be one shotting them with my crazy gear and taking almost no damage.

I think this is a longterm thing. When you finish one character you may want to rush the next to top level, and this is a solution to not pull you apart from your group. It will encourage people to try all the characters.
