Can i create sticker packs using elements in canva by placing 4 elements in one design or do they have to be in a design to be able to use it without problems? I hope it makes sense. I am not a designer and i want to create sticker packs

Yes it's upto you how many designs you want to upload one or thousands doesn't matter. It's just the more designs you have better the chance to get exposure.

I just double checked and you do have to alter it in some way or add to it to be able to sell it, hope that helps!
