Captures old-school coaches in endurance sports perfectly, except there would be more yelling and you wouldn’t change their minds until their athletes started losing. 😂 I dealt with this in cycling. Eating horse meat, withholding carbs, only doing weight training in the winter, just “riding hard” instead of periodizing, not using heart rate or power pedals, all that and more took some time to break through. All sports have their traditions and old-think. But ultimately competition sorts all that out. I take it you’re out of Hungary? 🇭🇺
@@АнастасияВолкова-с1к There are a few issues with that, but the main one is that when you are paddling a bit faster the boat does not move as much sideways like that. Because there is not just that movement, but also back and forth, up and down. Just by adding that it won't make it better, as a matter of fact, it will probably cause instability that is not there once you paddle faster.
