I am here again, watching, this. Decided to write a short comment, brutal, then realised i have already wwritten the same. Lol. Ok. I was a kayaker, Hungarian champion in mid 80s. I was about 17 years old. I have never been so strong, than Lisa. (i am a man) She is incredible. So powerful.

This is pure power. So what's the technique to look at? 😅
Rotation of the torso, extension of the arm forward, pushing the footpegs with the feet (the feet are pushing and releasing just like on a bicycle) starting the unraveling of the rotation as you're pulling your blade through the water, bringing the other arm forward getting ready to repeat on the other side. Putting all this together properly while balancing your super thin and light kayak on water is super difficult and super exhausting.
