I'm still running series 4. No innovation since then has led me to upgrade. I'd like less depth, but a 1mm difference between series 4 and 10 is insufficient.
This is the only Apple product I refuse to buy because it still reminds me of a Casio calculator watch. I hope they continue to redesign the shape further.
I don't understand what they meant with "slightly bigger than Apple Watch Ultra" when its only 46 mm compared to the Ultra 49 mm. Anyone understood it?
Yes that’s the diagonal size of the watch 46mm that includes ti bezels . But the screen size is bigger due to smaller bezels so total area of the screen is larger
I’ve had a case on my S5 since day one. Looks brand new under there. Wonder if you will lose much of the thinness of the new watch if you put a case on it

Ultra 2 weights 61.4-61.8 grams and has a 49mm display, 36 hours of battery life and 72 on low power mode. S9 SIP and charging from 1% to a 80% in 1 hour. Series 10 comes in 46mm to 42mm display and and weights 36.4 grams 18 hours battery life, 36 on low power mode and has the S10 SIP I definitely like the ultra 2 better
I love how they’re went back to sf to showcase their new products instead of just inside Cupertino theater. Something Steve Jobs would’ve done if he was still alive.
No midnight blue, I don’t want. If none of their devices are midnight blue, I won’t be upgrading. Paying over $1500USD for a phone and watch and they want me to use a boring black or silver color? No thanks

You missed the mark with that one… the basic things that make up apple products should stay the same. But apple charges an arm and leg for their products with little to no innovation. Companies like Samsung and google are pushing for innovation from software to hardware while Apple plays everything safe while still charging to much. Yes, the basics should stay the same. But it doesn’t mean people shouldn’t expect more from a multi-billion dollar company. But that leads me to my last point which is being able to just hang onto last years models no problem. The lack of innovation has saved people money 😂

It’s not 1mm that’s the case size the screen is bigger than the ultras he said in the video and the case size of the ultra is 49mm
