How to Make the BEST FLOUR GORDITAS and CHICHARRONES En SALSA VERDE

- Hello my beautiful fam welcome back to my kitchen! Today I’m going to share with you how I make the best flour gorditas, with chicharrones in salsa verdes. This is the same ingredients I use to make tortillas de harina and let me tell you that they are the best! Ingredients:
6 oz chicharrón (pork skin)
7 chile serrano
3 roma tomatoes
1/4 small white onion
2 garlic cloves
4 cups flour
3 tbsp vegetable shortening
3 tbsp lard
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 c warm water
1 serving of love 💕

Yes thank you! Knowing how to make chicarrones en salsa verde or rojo is a MUST. I personally prefer the chicarrones at the meat market with the pieces of meat nonetheless I know this is delicious. Ladies please try this recipe if you haven't before you will win your mans heart.

Would just like to thank you. Being divorced I do most of my own cooking and Mexican food is my second favorite next to my home favorite which is Cajun being that I'm from Louisiana, try to find ways to combine the two maybe you have some ideas. Love the show keep up the good work your a blessing

I love learning through food how we share more than we think. From a different culture but man we eat the same thing just differently. I grew up on pork skins (hot sauce) and crackling. We never ate them this way but I would loooove to try it. 😋😋😋 Loved seeing your Papa too.
