How To Make Sopes With Green Chile Ground Beef

- Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make super easy and delicious sopes with ground beef in green chile!. Keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, this is the way I was taught. Ingredients: makes about 12-15 sopes
4 cups instant corn masa (MASECA)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 1/4 cup warm water
Canola oil
1 lb ground beef
2-3 small potatoes
5 chile serrano or jalapeños ( use less if you don’t want it to be too spicy)
3 roma tomatoes
1/2 sliced onion
1 garlic clove
1 handful cilantro
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic salt
Salt and Pepper
1 serving of love 💕

Hi Claudia. I’ve been a subscriber for a while. First recipe I ever tried was the chicken Tinga and my husband liked and since then I’ve made too many of your recipes to list off. I’ve learned so so much from you. I used to watch your videos on my downtime at work but now that I’m always home due to Covid I watch them on tv at home. My 5 year old daughter Malia watched with me one day and now she loves you! When she sees a video from you in the recommended she clicks it right away and has been learning new words and asking questions while I’m in the kitchen. You know whats even more easier. Press the masa in the hamburgesa press. They have them in the Mexican stores looks like a mini version of a metal tortilla press...

Yesss! I love sopes. Just beans and cheese is how I usually eat them! Lol. My husband is Mexican so when I cook one of your recipes he is always surprised I cooked something he did not teach me! We cook at home every day, but he cooks most of the time. Cooking isn't something I enjoy so it's when he tells me that he really enjoyed the food that makes me smile.
