I can't believe you're not a aware of this. This is an open knowledge for people who rent or have their places rented out. This is how international students were exploited since they loosened the restriction for this pathway. Its ridiculous how gullibale people are thinking they hit jackpot when their student visa got approved. There's even an Indian documentary about this - of student commiting self-delete become a "norm" when sh&t hits fan. Some visitor visa holders also suffer from this - with their salary being withheld/threaten to get booted out/kicked of the street/not getting a contract unless they "compromise" and do a little bit of "favor" to people. Also - the government know this. They just don't care. They only started "noticing" when Canadians themselves started pressuring them. There a certain farm where migrants, some illegals, were stealing crops and corns. The family got fed up and prayed them with diarhea inducing meds. They never went back. Canadians don't care what you do with your body/personal life - do as many s*x work as you want, they don't care. But if their generosity gets exploited - they will foot their foot down - sometimes in your throat.
