I am bipolar and I have been happy and I CAN be happy. Bipolar brain is different, but not broken. We do have to do things differently, but once we find what works, we can achieve great things.

I’m sooo happy to hear about Saffron. I absolutely refuse to take depression meds because I’m literally susceptible to majority of the side effects 🙃 I either feel like death or think about it. I’m gonna give Saffron a try….that and continue my Serotonin hz frequencies. THANK YOU!

Wow, Eye opening! Yet, so simple to understand. Thank you for a new perspective in life. I haven’t gone to Sea Life Park in Hawaii for such a long time but you’re right the penguins get rewarded for the good that they do, where we take ourselves/children for granted. Something to ponder over on what I need to change. Aloha 🌺

I love how insightful this video is! I appreciate the new perspective on happiness and I agree that we can be happier by getting our brain to be happier. Thank you for this video Mel!

The reason we gravitate towards happiness is because we come closer to matching the frequencies of Spirit, or God when we feel happy..children naturally know this, adults through complex social conditioning forget this but it really is that simple.
To achieve real, sustainable happiness we can't rely on the environment, or outside circumstances to make us happy, we have to cultivate the frequencies of happiness from within and thereby create outside circumstances that support our inner happiness. There are wonderful meditation practices to help you achieve that..Heart-Brain coherence is at the top of the list for me. Whateve you wish to create in your life become the vibration of that from within and our amazing mind will shape our reality, shape how we show up in the world to create it in our lives...Aloha

Being joyful, happy and at peace with yourself is something that we naturally are as humans! And you can go back there. The reason why we do not experience it right now if that is the case; is because of all of the experiences we had in our past and the stories we tell ourselves because of it. The things we wire into our unconscious that creates our personality and our experience of life. If you wish to be more happy the key is often not in the addition of things to your life, but instead shedding some of those things from our past that makes us unable to conenct to our natural state of bliss and happiness that is so naturally available to us right now if we learn to discover it once again.

I also think happiness is never infinite. I’ve always felt it’s been just a non-continuous emotion or feeling. And that’s why we learn to manage the uncomfortable emotions like accepting them in meditation. And that it won’t always be happy 24/7 but contentment and long term goals from long term work which is what people talk about. ARE Y DRINKING COFFEE???
And also I feel like I should be talking becaus my impact abs questions and ideas and things others can say to me are far too great to type and expect anyone to read alll the time and why can’t I do that? I can stick to working out for over a year but I can not do things I absolutely love to do.

Yea same with Mel, I have GAD, OCD, ADHD, and major depressive disorder. I require continuous streams of intellectual deep conversations. I also need to experiment with things, sometimes just to say I tried that. I did that. So I can TALK about it with other people. I also am terrified since COVID happened. Also I think I’ve taken many tests for my personality type, and intelligences, and even brain types. I have wanted a brain scan but mh doctor will not approve which is good becaus I don’t NEED it. But I WANT TO SEE it. SINCE I WAS A CHILD I ONLY WANTED TO AND CONTINUE TO SEEK THE TRUTH. AND SUPPLEMENTS AKA DRUGS WHICH ARENT BAD-only how we use them(or do not use them to the people who will comment ‘‘I can’t think of any good time for someone to take bath salts or meth or etc” so that’s a drug WE DO NOT USE AS I SAID-it isn’t a matter of good or bad it’s how we use or abuse or do not use them).
Yea I just found out today that like 80% of my diet is inflammatory & I’m like I’m eating healthier wtf am I supposed to eat now
    And

I need you to know you are not a label of any of the things you stated. You will find healing via the foods you eat. See Dr. Gundry, free, has many videos on you tube. Changed my life. He is 100 percent authentic. Not getting paid to post this.. Disconnect from all these labels and start experiencing your Devine self. I was in a deep depression, unable to make one damn decision. Started viewing Mel and did the 5x55 ( see Jake Ducey search 5x55 ) and expect amazing results. Let the right foods for you be your medicine. Drugs are not the answer or solution. When we are out of balance they will not do that , they add to the confusion. Be Blessed with wholeness and healing!
