    OMG it's so true about the USA being "unhappy". several years ago when my son was young I took him to Lily Dale..a famous Spiritualist community near Lake Erie and one day I took him up to Toronto and we went to Toronto beach and walked around and my son who was about 10 was looking around and then he stopped and said "Dad!! People are happy here!!!"....

    I quit watching the news 3 years ago. So much more positive in my life. I gravitate towards stories that show human spirit and kindness. My 88 year old Dad doesn't get me. He will ask, "How do I know what's going on if I don't watch the news?" I care about my corner and find out as life happens. My Dad is so anxious after he tells me the news stories, that is why I don't watch the "news". Or I call it the agenda, LOL. Thanks for this interview. Helped so much.

      The businesses that make these poisonous foods, etc, should be put in jail. The government are allowing this. They know they are slowly killing us. We call one of our TV channels in England the BRITISH BRAINWASHING CORPORATION (BBC). I don't watch the news, adverts or read the papers as all most likely BULLSH#T. We need more love for eachother rather than love of money and what you can buy with it.

      Meee to. I always knew it was bad but soon as covid happen I literally never turned the TV on again. 3 TV's and haven't been even plugged in for 3 years!! Keep on doing it and keep trying to encourage everyone u know to also even if they think ur crazy at first! Maybe , MAYBE having a show or few that is watched I get it, for some. But NOT the news or any kind of propaganda or indoctrination!! Great job!!

    So sad to hearing in development countries more people suffering from different causes include anxiety,depresses and so forth even in my country very less people are suffering from like them because here in my country we learn from Buddha's greatness teaching.
    the teaching taught about how be more peace,happier and calmness mentally.i hope and pray may those people be free from the causes.

    Dr Amen mentioned when anxiety hits don’t remove yourself from the situation. I understand how this works but at the same time if you’re having high levels of anxiety e.g. social anxiety… what are you meant to do when you feel like you’re about to fall apart in front of someone. Sometimes it feels almost impossible to remain in the situation especially if someone is talking to you. Any ideas would be much appreciated please 🙏

    “Normalizing Avoidance….
    Even if we don’t appreciate it, spiritually we are always in a battle. Be it in life, or death etc. . To ignore the unseen spiritual battles going on beyond our level of immediate perception is a state of self deception. We can all see bad things going on in the world and so we just willfully ignore it. We say, I can have no effect on this so why try. When In reality we all have an effect by doing nothing else but just changing ourselves. This does create effects….It would only make sense that we all have the ability to play a spiritual part in the evolution of the species.
    But many ignore the obviousness of the truth, and instead of seek total and perpetual entertainment for the rest of their lives. All the while society is left in a state of barbarism; which is thinly veiled in technological pleasantries, which offer little to no spiritual fulfillment. As such taking part in this spiritual battle is actually much more fulfilling than not. But it does demand a contancy of change that most people just are not comfortable with. There is never enough internal change; unless suffering is involved.
    So instead of willingly suffer they will sell their soul away through self medication, addiction, distraction or the like. “Anything but suffering” is the unofficial subconscious motto of many. They are just trading gold for dirt but to them the dirt looks shinier.”

    I'm blaming Joe Biden for all of this unhappiness. How can you be happy when your groceries & gas prices have doubled? You can't even afford to do anything or go anywhere that makes you happy

      While he's definitely not my favorite person (honestly I think we've had crappy choices for a long time), I think that he's not solely to blame. While some of the policies he's played a hand in might play a part, I think that it comes down to some of the traditional "American" values. We're so goal-oriented that it's to our detriment sometimes and we place happiness as the goal...but when you chase happiness instead of going through your life presently and taking it as it comes, happiness is hard to attain.

      @@songsforsale427 Trumps inflation rate averaged under 2% each year he was in office. Biden is in double digits. That said, Biden is nothing but a puppet and has no say in anything that goes on. The inflation we are in has been building ever since Nixon took the US off the gold standard. What you are seeing now, is the slow death of the US global reserve currency. In other words, the US is an airplane that’s severely on fire. However the passengers can only see small puffs of smoke out their windows. The pilot is pretending nothing is wrong, while he tries to glide the ball of flames gently to earth, announcing on the intercom that they are going down because this is the destination. Everybody knows it’s not. They’re going to try not to slam into the ground too hard, by using interest rates and quantitative easing to make people feel better and make it look like they’re trying to save the plane from crashing. I’m reality, they’ve already had a designated crash spot picked out before the plane even took off. In a few years, there won’t be a middle class. You’ll either go broke trying to stay afloat during inflation and become the new lower class or you’ll die from famine. The other option is that you knew this was coming years ago and have been planning. You’ve invested in the correct sectors for what’s coming and you will get rich with all the politicians and elites who write this story and planned it from beginning to end many years ago. The elites, politicians and those few percent of well informed citizens who knew what to do and when, will be your new filthy rich. The US citizens have all been played by your government. They took huge raises and used Ukraine as a money laundering country to send fake humanitarian relief from our trillions of QE that was printed. That laundered money went right back into the US politicians hands to invest in assets to make them richer than they already are and to ensure that they stay atop during this once in a lifetime greatest transfer of wealth getting ready to happen. I feel for everybody who had/has no idea what’s really going on. Covid and the war are being used to distract your attention from what they are setting up. One day in the near future, they will create a cyberattack on us and they’ll blame it on Russia. We may lose power for a few days or even longer. This will likely initiate martial law and give the government the chance to implement the new digital monetary system. They’ll claim it’s to protect us from cyberattacks in the future, but they’ve known for a decade that this day was coming. But the only way to get the entire globe to change monetary systems is with fear. Scare you into changing. That’s why the Covid and war agendas were needed. Next will be cyber attack, energy crisis, supply chain issues and then climate change. Keep people scared, afraid and willing to do anything you say. That’s how you steer billions of people into a new system. Fear.
      Those who make it through the next year or two (because lowering the population substantially is part of this plan also), will be rewarded with a much more fair global monetary system. One that uses multiple currencies in a basket from all G7 nations. That way nobody is the bully (like the US has been) and everybody has skin in the game. It should lead to a more peaceful globe and every country can create its own CBDC (Central Bank Digital Coin). There will be a universal system in place that can convert any country currency into another country currency in seconds and send it to anybody in the world. These CBDC give the government more control though. They can limit your spending habits and take money from you if you owe taxes or are delinquent on a bill. However, those who are invested properly right now will be able to circumvent this system for the most part. The other 98% will have to conform to the new rules and obey the slogan you’ve probably heard thrown around since Biden came into office…”You’ll own nothing and be happy”. There’s a reason why the voting was rigged in 2020. Trump knew about this entire system trying to be implemented and he was trying to prevent it. Watch “The Great Awakening” by the bonfire guy on TH-cam.
      Nobody has a clue this is going on. Everybody is worried about Covid, protests and war. Your government doesn’t are about you at all. None. Zero. Zilch. They lie more than they tell the truth and they steer you in the wrong direction constantly, so that they can benefit and then after they’ve collected their money, they tell the truth so you can’t capitalize on it. You’re always too late and you’re always left holding the bag. Why do you think politicians make $200,000 a year and retire with 8 digit investment portfolios? Insider trading. They know what’s coming before it happens. They buy, get their position set and then announce it to the peasants. Peasants pile in as politicians cash out making millions. Peasants watch the stock drop a week later. Yet, everybody still watches the news, listens to what they say and falls for the sane trick every time. If they told you the truth, you’d be rich by now. But you’re not. You’re their peasant (pawn).
      If you haven’t noticed, almost every social media platform and news channel are owned by elites whose views are parallel with these elite politicians. So they pump misinformation to you on a constant basis. Any view that’s contrary to their agenda gets deleted or blocked and labeled misinformation or lies checked by fact checkers. Fact checkers are employees of these elites. Most people are just too brainwashed and stupid to figure this all out. But I’ll be honest, if you don’t make it above the poor people line this time and into the comfortably wealthy section, your family will never, no matter how many generations of your family come and go, you will never be rich. This new system is made to separate the classes like never before. There won’t be 6 different wealth classifications. There will be 2. The haves and the have nots.
      All the news and social media want, is to keep you misinformed and occupy you with outrage and anger and for you to pick a side and fight the people who disagree with you. This keeps you focused on the minutia that is useless and means nothing.
      Vax or unvax. Left or right. Transgender or not. Democrat or Republican. Trump or Biden. Inequality, race. Black Lives Matter, white privilege. They create diversion because they know if we sat back and were able to think for ourselves, that we’d figure them out, riot and remove them from their positions. That’s why they use predictive programming on news and social media to train you on how to think. They use algorithms to pump more and more of what you click on to show up in your feed so that you get a strong opinion on defending certain social issues. When you focus on that, they can run free and be corrupt and nobody cares. You’re more concerned about a Karen who might be yelling at people to wear a mask or at a black person complaining about white people they think have it easy. Nobody sees them slipping millions into their own pocket when an entire news hour is filled with things to trigger your feelings and emotions now that you’ve been programmed by social media.
      So good luck to everybody. Only 3 or 4% have any clue what’s really happening and those people have been ready for months and some for years. The rest of you will some day soon wake up to a different world. You’ll have no resources to be able to capitalize on this massive new change because they’ve already loaded their boats at cheap prices, caused a cyberattack and power outage and raised the asset price by 100x-1,000x what they bought in at. What you’ll have to pay $500 for, they’ve been loading up for a year at under $1. It’ll never go below $500 ever again. Congratulations! You’ve just guaranteed yourself a permanent seat on the eternal struggle bus. You’ll be part of the UBI craze. Universal Basic Income. Where you give up the rights to your house, car and valued possessions to the government, in exchange for them allowing you to live there and drive the car as long as your social credit score stays above a certain level. You’ll get CBDC’s each month to allow you to buy food and live. If you call living, eating gmo food and lab grown fake meat. It won’t be pretty for most, but it’s the new world order. You probably heard Biden mention that in his most recent speech. He’s such a great president….if you like being owned.

    Happiness is nothing more than a state of being… doesn’t mean it’s easy to reach though… our state is made up of our feelings, thoughts and physiology… so if you learn to master all three happiness can be within the ❤️😁🙏🏽

    Thanks for the tools and information. I appreciate the reminder to exercise and practice healthy habits daily. I have ADHD, Pituitary Insufficiency, and sleep disorders that contribute to my TEAM.SEC issues-Time, Energy, and Attention Management. Social Engagement and Communication.

    Suffering from Systemic Lupus it is a battle everyday with my brain, my thoughts and the anxiety!!!!! I exercise, I eat healthy and limit my negative input.     Oh my goodness can being happy get more anymore complicated? Now I have to analyze my happiness, figure out what kind of personality or or what stage of happiness I'm in and what type of happy brain I have? I don't understand why everything has to be so overanalyzed. Then you try to share it with somebody who's not a, brain surgeon... it's just doesn't translate well. And I love how these services are only affordable to the very wealthy rich am I supposed to be "happy" that this gentleman was able to give all these very wealthy people this test test?

    Mel. I commented on one of your other videos yesterday, and just recently discovered you. We have so much in common, that there’s no way I could message it. One from this video is our thoughts of moving from the house we raised our kids in, to Vermont. Literally the same state. I had long Covid, knew my frontal lobe was damaged. I’m a paramedic that quite her career impulsively after 10 years due to an impending breakdown which I refer to as a spiritual awakening. My husband is sleep deprived, been a firefighter for 18 years. 24 hour shifts is so incredibly horrible to the first responders. (At least in our current area.) I wish I could just tell you in person one day how much that the very little I have heard from you, this physician, and others has helped me. Thank you. I felt so alone in the world before with what I knew to be true, without the scientific part to back it up.

    I love you both so much! Doc Amen spoke to what I have done for so long which is leave a situation as soon as my anxiety started building, which I have panic disorder and Agoraphobia. Hearing him say that this is why you end up with Agoraphobia because we leave situations I felt a bit of relief but then bad because now I am blaming myself for bolting once I feel it. I am currently home bound and my question is always the same, will I ever come out of this?

    I learned a quick breathing technique from a military friend of mine where you breath in from your stomach and out but while you breath out you also humm . it really helps me to calm down quickly in a crisis . something to do with the vibration of the sound with the outbreath .

    Our subconscious programming causes us to have actual predictable chemical reactions in our bodies when faced with external stimulus. Like in the case of anxiety
    for example if your programming made you a people pleaser like what happened to me a disapproving comment is enough to cause anxiety with the release of cortisol and adrenaline etc.
    The first step to cure this is to instead of being the reaction step back and observe your reaction. Observe your thoughts, emotions and the physical/chemical responses they cause. Emotions are of the body caused by chemicals and hormones. once you become the observer Rather than the reactor or victim you step out of the program. Out of all the wonderful teachers I've studied Joe Dispenza explains this the best IMHO
