Quiet? Yes, I had to turn up my volume to maximum to hear what was being whispered.

Prof. to me, you're the next level. Bruce Lee cuts, it's not your fight teaching. It's your thinking it's your philosophy which was the same as bruce

Thank you for the perspective....it is hard to know exactly what I would do. While I do have a good amount of training, the real world encounter I might be sluggish and not use my legs till it gets too close for legs. My close in fight instincts will likely take over to to protect myself, I can see that much as it comes out in training. The only time any of my training came into play in a real world event I opted for a soft solution to make my point without escalating, but I was prepared to follow up more seriously. It didn't need to go that far. Quite unrelated to me that guy got arrested later that night.

Assume the attacker is twice as massive as you and fully committed in charging.
    1. Do not focus on the hands or try to grab them. Make sure he feels safe and free in his hand power to grab/wrap around you.
    2. Keep him occuspied on feeling powerful and using his hands to seize you. Let him charge it as hard as he can without reservation such that you would be smashed to bits upon impact. You will have to depend on this massive amount of energy from his momentum into you.
    3. Do not step back since he will simply keep chasing you and will eventually reach you and you're now making him wary of your awareness.
    4. Step into him with both arms up and protecting your head in a very tight formation such as a triangle, make sure you give him a delicious target of unprotected grabbing area he so much wants around your torso. Do not put your arms down leaving your head open and letting him trap you arms.
    5. If you keep afar, he will certain have more reach than you while you cannot penetrate, so again set into him directly. Make such that if he can penetrate, then you can also penetrate, not the case where only he has the advantage,.... make the field even for both of you.
    6. Once in grabbing distance, he will surely use his arms to wrap and tackle with all his momentum. During this time use one or both arms, hands or forearm to either execute a forward focused penetration attack on his eye(s) with your fingers reaching through his skull letting him continue to run full power towards you, so literally his entire mass is powering the penetration of your fingers through his eyes and you do not have to use your weak arm muscles to try to thrust so hard through, even though you are also augmenting with thrusting of your arms. Most of the work is done by his charging mass redirected onto a 1x1 inch surface area.
OR: turn the blade of your forearm and use the same idea to focus that blade in between his chin and ribs to the throat to front clothes line his throat.
OR turn the blade vertical with the pointed tip of your elbow and drive it into the center of his sternum where the tip bone comes out from both rib side hemispheres meet.
There will be much thrashing about after your maneuver is done and you will get hit or scratched possibly so keep this in mind and be focused on continually covering your vitals like the head and soft parts and be focused on separation and retreating. Do not attempt to "fight" - that increases likely hood of injury even if he is blinded...again assume he is much more massive and powerful. At his specs, even an accidental hit by a flailing arm will damage you.

I specialize in kicking and teaching kicks. BUT, when you lift your foot off of the ground, you have at MOST half of the balance you had when both of your feet were on Mother earth. It's then VERY easy for him to pull or push you off balance and it's VERY hard to do anything useful while you are off-balance. So you have to be a VERY skilled kicker when in a real fight, or you'd better keep both feet on the ground. Effective kicks ARE possible, but you have to be truly confident/skilled, or your (attempted) kicking will get your ass whupped.

@ricardocampbell8265 - Thanks for the question, that is where trading places comes in as Professor shows in the video. If done correctly, the attacker would then have his/her back to the train tracks and up to you where to take it from there depending on the situation. At the very least, trading places also gives you a chance to run if you need to!
