The three-bedroom south facing house stands in a typical urban residential neighborhood. The ground floor has a living room, two bedrooms, open kitchen and a dining space which opens up to a patio. The staircase connects to the upper living room on the floor above, a reading corner above the staircase, balcony and the master bedroom. The east facing façade walls in the master bedroom and the upper living room are of strategically designed openings to play with the natural lights into the interior spaces. The main objective of the design is to create a dynamic visual balance throughout the residence.
