Why are certificates issued to humans to say one belongs to a certain grou of people. I know when one is purchasing an animal one will require a certificate to say if it is pedigree or not. Humans are treated with no respect in India. What a shame.

In every country we have Intellectuals , army, commerce and human resource to run a country. So the Varna system is used to date and if understood works perfectly.
There is no such thing as "caste" and it is not a "system". The modern "Caste System" is a British imposition beginning the 1870s. The British state and missionaries documented in the meeting of council of churches in 1870 that the Indian community structure (jati) was the major impediment to conversions to Christianity. The British then worked to turn the flat structure of jati into an hierarchical structure they called "Caste". The hierarchy of communities was designed by Lord Herbert Risley. Indians were then shoe-horned into mentioning in the 1880 census that they belonged to one or another caste, even though nothing like this existed previously. The British started creating "caste regiments" in the British Army such as the Rajput regiment, Jat regiment, Brahman regiment (disbanded due to revolt). Since the British controlled the education and publishing, Indians forgot that caste is a British invention. Indians need to forget this British theory of caste.

I do not agree with your understanding of a Shudra. If a Shudra is someone who serves then a Nurse, Doctor, Administrator Artisan,clerk will sound correct.

Some of the most popular and backward caste movements are, Satya Shodhak Samaj, Justice Party, Shri Narayana Paripalana Yogam Movement, and The Self-respect Movement.

If you read vedanta, you will find that God of arms is Indra (Kshatriya) and God of feet Karmendriya is Lord Vishnu (Shudra). For good functioning of country, Head Brahmins and arms Kshatriya touch legs shudra. Brahmins have forgotten to implement
Whatever you said it's not fact in traditional theory that bramhin as like upper varna they used to treat them very badly there were some rules for them you can't sit with uppar varna you can't drink many things
