Don't Carry the Tags of 'Low' and 'High' what society has given by Manipulation. Even I was Tagged as a 'Low' by Surname but I know what I am and What my Indian Culture Teaches. Varna System is not about putting Tags on People permanently. It is an Organisational Phenomena which changes time to time depending on our Skills and where we are placed in that Organisation/ Group. This concept is Universally applicable. It is as simple as that.
If you are from low caste and open minded let your ppl believe same thing and ask them to maintain distance from temple and forget abt rituals and pay close attention to study. Instead of Bhagwat Gita learn new technologies and read Constitution of India. This is called nationalism where you are empowering your nation by knowledge not fake stories of Ramayan and Mahabharata.

I am one of the called lower cast and during my graduation, I have lived with brahmin friend (so called Upper caste). Despite knowing my jati (or cast) he never discriminated with me. We lived together in a room, studied together, played chess, eaten together. I miss him sometimes. He has given me a Hanuman Chalisa which I still listens.
Next generation is being United, being a rajpoot I am very happy and most of my friends belong to SC and I miss them very much bcz I changed my city due to job 😔😔

If you observe this carefully even today we have these varnas not only in India but in every part of the world.
There are people who serve us, who protect us, who do the manual jobs and people who are traders and businessman.
And Lord Krishna also mentions, your varna is not decided by your birth but by your actions and duties. You see in ancient India this was followed correctly until some selfish people of Brahmin community started to misuses their powers.
As Brahmins were highly respected by the kings, they became selfish to have all the power and luxuries for themselves and their children. As they were only people allowed to study scriptures, they manipulated the teachings of Bhagavad Gita.
They told kings that people other than Brahmins who were mostly shudras and vaishyas, should not be allowed to temples, should not be touched, they should not be given education, they should not drink clean water from well, finally, they should not be seen at all. Which was never mentioned in any Vedas or Bhagavad Gita.
And kings believed in those Brahmins as they thought Brahmins are very sacred people and they have the knowledge of Vedas and Gita. This happened for centuries. And Brahmins enjoyed all the luxuries offered by kings and seeing people of other castes as dogs or even worse than that.
So the suppressed people of other communities started to make their own small groups and they felt comfortable within their group. And they started to discriminate against each other.
This was the start of caste-based discrimination in India. Actually, these Brahmins did more damage to Hindu culture than what Muslims and British did
If those Brahmins had followed their Dharma truthfully this would not have happened. And today they blame for giving reservation for backward caste people. When they suppressed these people to the core when they had power. And act as though they are the most truthful and humble human beings.
Even today this has not changed. If you go to a Temple these so-called Brahmins treat people who are of the same community and who are rich and powerful in the society in a very dignified manner. And whenever they see a person who is poor and ugly immediately they show their true nature of untouchability and looking them as inferior to them.
And no human being likes to be dominated, and whenever brahmins act as superior to everyone. ( In reality which they are not). People will get angry with that attitude. And this causes friction
If you look at history India was the richest and most advanced nation in the world we had universities where people from other countries used to come to study. Diamond, gold and precious metals were sold on roads, great architecture, great culture. Everything was great until these selfish people started to misuse their powers. Back then people from Europe used to come to India because they knew India was an advanced and wealthy nation, and they took huge risks to discover sea routes to India. But today Brahmins are moving to the USA and Europe because they do not want to suffer discrimination and reservation in India.(The idea which was created by them). But even there they are forming the communities of Brahmins and keeping others out.
So the conclusion is Brahmins are the people responsible to create a caste system. Which divided the people and final downfall of great Hindu and Indian culture and richness to the hands of Muslim and British people.

Varna comes from the root ‘var’ means ‘to choose’. I am a Tamilian and this route is used even in Tamil word. For instance the ‘swayamvar’ of Seetha choosing Rama has her husband. In Tamil it can be said ‘Seetha Ramanai varithal’
Varna is the samskrutha word for color.. in this context, it means the color of your true self/nature. Have you heard the expressions 'going red in anger', 'turned green in jealousy', 'turned white in fear'.. similar concept. Classification of all human beings based on the inner true swabhaavam is the Varna system

At my village still cast system in on... They don't tuch us... It's now 2022...once i was preparing for my exam I wanted to take a rent house but.. A brahmin aunty refuse me openly because of my cast... My best friend have a gf in our cast.. Evrytime he fight with her he always use to say that in our cast all girls are slut... I am a tuition teacher also... My student's parents always use to tell there child that don't play with a lower cast boy... In front of me... It's really make me cryy... Curious why if someone is thought to be a very low caste and is discriminated against, why do they not move to another city and just assume a different caste? I'm litterally laughing when I read the comments. I mean are you guys really serious ? After watching this videos, you guys still did not get the point of this video. Forget about the mistake of the past, common move on guys. Learn and try to understand what's exactly the message of this video. Stop carrying the tag so called "Upper caste Lower caste". Currenty look at your profession, Job and designation, that is your Varna that's it. Now in modern society everybody is choosing the profession of their own interest; Joshi is doing the bussiness, Lohar joined the army etc. So, how come Joshi still a Brahmin and Lohar still a Shudra? They choose the profession as per their interest and attitude means Joshi became Vaishya and Lohar became Kshatriya. So guys educate yourself, not only from the school, colleges and university but with some logic as well. Open your eyes and mind too.
Regarding reservation, I am also against of it but the Society and the Government must gurrantee for fair competition without any discreminition and with respect, then no one will ask for reservation.

My father is brilliant at math and he is a govt. engineer all not because he was a good student but also because of reservation. Reservation does not only provide seat in some exam( now that mostly happens which is actually of not much help btw) but let the reservation category students pay less money than general kids. My father actually needed that since my grandfather was a normal farmer.

Hey, Our Indian system is following the old system to bring equality..but I think reservation should be given on the basis of economic barrier. This is the only difect in our country.

According to Bhagavad Gita, anyone can be a Brahman (Teacher), Shatriya (Warrior), Vaishya (Trader), Shudra (Labor) based on knowledge and skills:
🔹In Bhagavad Gita 4:13, Krishna says that he created different Varnas (Profession) on the basis of one's Karma (Activity) and Guna (Quality).
🔹Bhagavad Gita 5:18 "The truly learned, with the eyes of divine knowledge, see with equal vision a Brahmin, a cow, an elephant, a dog, and a dog-eater"
🔹Bhagavad Gita 9:29 "I am equally disposed to all living entities: there is neither friend nor foe to Me: but those who with living sentiments render divotional service unto Me, such persons are in Me and I am in them."
🔹Bhagavad Gita 18:41 "The duties of the Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, and Shudras are distributed in accordance with their guṇas (quality) and not by birth.
Caste is a Spanish and Portuguese word 'casta' which stands for 'Breed' or 'lineage'.
During earlier times Caste use to be Varna (Profession) and based on merit and not by birth, I can give you instances from the ancient times, where a so-called modern day "lower caste" moved to "upper caste", e.g. Guru Valmiki, was from a shudra family but became a brahmin based on merit, etc
and btw Ravana was himself a Brahmin knowledgeable person from Northern India but because of his notorious activities he got punished by Rama (believed to be an OBC if we abide by caste categorization), and the time was about 16000BCE-12209BCE
Lastly, you have to understand the British motive behind imposing caste:
The Caucasians (Europeans) created Hutus and Tutsis in Rwanda, Africa, to divide and control the native population, and for this reason, the Rwanda Genocide occurred.
The same attempts and inequalities Europeans also tried to create amongst Indians by separating Northern India and Southern India into "Aryans" VS "Dravidians" and further dividing Hinduism into 3,000 castes and 25,000 sub-castes.
And also read about Herbert Hope Risley who created casteism, racism in Indian society by one's facial features and skin color, and Bishop Robert Caldwell who propagated the "Aryan Invasion" in Southern India to convert "Dravidians" into Christianity.

आप अखिलेश यादव को ही देख लो, अखिलेश यादव यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री बन पाए क्योंकि उनके पिता मुलायम सिंह यादव समाजवादी पार्टी के सबसे बड़े लीडर का पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री थे, इसी तरह से राहुल गांधी भी उतनी योग्यता ना होने के बाद भी कांग्रेस के बड़े लीडरों में गिने जाते हैं, और प्रधानमंत्री के चेहरे के रूप में कांग्रेस उनको प्रचारित करती है, क्योंकि वे भी ऐसे परिवार से जुड़े हैं जिस परिवार की तीन पीढ़ियां प्रधानमंत्री रही,

जैसे पहले ब्राह्मण वही बनता था, जिसके पास ब्राह्मण बनने की योग्यता थी,
क्षत्रिय वही बनता था जिसके पास क्षत्रिय बनने की योग्यता होती थी,
लेकिन धीरे-धीरे सिस्टम भ्रष्ट होता चला गया, और उसके बाद ब्राह्मण का बेटा ब्राह्मण बनने लगा क्षत्रिय का बेटा क्षत्रिय बनने लगा
वैसे ही जैसे आज नेता का बेटा नेता बन जाता है बढ़िया आसानी से,
मुख्यमंत्री का बेटा मुख्यमंत्री बन जाता है, या बनने का दावेदार हो जाता है,
लेकिन क्या व्यवस्था ऐसी है कि मुख्यमंत्री का बेटा मुख्यमंत्री बनेगा बिल्कुल भी नहीं
लेकिन ऐसी भी कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है,
जो मुख्यमंत्री के बेटे को मुख्यमंत्री बनने से रोकता हो, इसीलिए परिवारवाद व्यवस्था में घुस जाता है,
हिंदुओं को बदनाम करने वाले और हिंदुओं को जाति के नाम पर टारगेट करने वाले हिंदुओं को जातियों में लड़वाने वाले
स्वयं ऐसे नेताओं को फॉलो करते हैं जो स्वयं अपने पिता के दम पर अपने परिवार के दम पर ही राजनीति में घुस जाते हैं,
या फिर जातिवाद का सहारा लेकर राजनीति में घुस जाते हैं,
जातिवाद और कुछ नहीं परिवारवाद क्या ही एक रूप है
वरना ब्राह्मण का बेटा ब्राह्मण नहीं होता ब्राह्मण वही होता है जिसके अंदर ब्राह्मण बनने की योग्यता होती है

Fascinating video, I'd read that the caste system had in fact been corrupted in histories past and didn't actually have anything to do with discrimination. However, not having read the Bhagavad Gita I wasn't sure of just what to believe. Thank you for posting this video, it was very informative.
