Sa contract po ba ng quitclaim na pinapapirma ng developer hindi po doon indicated sa contract yung mga binawas sa total amount. 50% maceda law refund yung deduction po na 130k para sa commission ng house and lot hindi po indicated sa contract ng quitclaim. Legal po ba yun?

Hi po! ako nalang po sasagot, yung karapatan po ng wife niyo is for conjugal property lang po tulad ng bahay na tinitirahan ninyo pong dalawa na nasa inyong pangalan nung oras na ikinasal kayo pero hindi po kasama ang minana niyo sa inyong magulang kasi exclusive property ninyo po iyon. Sa iyo po yan na pagmamay ari bago po kayo ikasal. Kung pinagmanahan ninyo po ang property ng magulang niyo pagkatapos ninyo po ikasal, then dun na po sya magkakaroon ng karapatan.
