Training My Robot Arm to Win Games

- I taught my robot how to play games and took it to a Maker Faire!
Using a Raspberry pi, I build a webserver driven Robotarm. The games are made using Unity 3D and I Created an AI that can control the racers. The player can then try to beat the robotarm!

It's awesome to see you taking this out to a fair! I was a little confused if you have the robot playing the game or if the robot reacts to how the game is played to give the impression it is playing.

My robot has a very short attention span 😅
You should add PID for torque speed and position! It would make it so much smoother 😄

You should make a software that tracks you with your phone and have it translate that to your arm so it could be a moving tracking camera in your room.

I've always wanted to control a robot arm through commands on discord. Basically type "hey Sir-Vo close my bedroom door" or "hey Sir-Vo hold this" and he grabs whatever you're grabbing. Maybe a feature where he's limp and when you press a button he remains in that position would be cool too (this way you can basically have him be your third arm)
it would be very cool if the ai linked to the robot arm actually had a robot arm on its car
@5:05 you could have used everyones phone as well: they have accelerometers, and you can access them in the simplest way by creating a small website
That's a pretty cool idea, I might use that in the future

If you want to control it manualy more easely you can make a small version of it then read and transfer the movement to the big one

So, let me get this straight.
You have an AI in Unity.
That AI is controlling the robot in Unity.
The robot in Unity is controlling the robot in real life.
The robot in real life is controlling the Wii Remote.
And the Wii Remote is controlling the AI character in Unity.
This is the Jelle way.

Sure, maybe you could look into motorising an existing visa arm, they're probably pretty well build
