Those crush city plastics are fire af here in New york on a chatterbait the bass don't see that format very often or at all even lol also the strike king swimjig with a 360gt trailer on it is killer and also a 4/0 weighted bladed trokar with a kvd swim-n-shiner swimbait in green pump/pearl belly 👌🏼
I concur, I've been throwing my chatterbaits on a 7'4" medium heavy moderate for a few years, it has a better hookup ratio especially on following fish
I've had no luck with bladed jigs. I've fished them all ways. I've tried them here in Southern California in Lake Perris and Diamond Valley lake. Everyone that I've talked to doesn't have much luck on them either. I even make them! I can throw a bladed jig down a stretch of a bank and catch nothing. Then I'll throw a jerkbait, worm, or a jig. No problem with jerkbait, plastics, or a jig. I've forced myself to fish several days with only the bladed jig. Maybe I'll try again in the future.

yeah I enjoy mf'ers rod as well, light it's very close to lux rod just hair heavier. I use to think they were the same blank to be completely honest.
