Watching as I'm icing my injured calf from Sundays long run.....3 weeks out of a race! Glad to see you back posting videos of your running look forward to more!
Amazing quality as always. Great to see you back. You seem like such a genuine bloke, wishing you all the best and hope everything goes well the next month!
Great stuff about the team - love to see British teams getting on this. and the mix with the Distance Project is a match made in heaven. I;m going to have to get on the gram aren't I? Missed all the announcements...
wow even though i try to follow my runna training plan, my coros graph is all over the place (upwards, but zig zaggy af). your build up is insanely consistent. soooo good! keep it up!
Great to see you back to more specific training. How did you manage your diet during the injury period to avoid significant weight gain? Wish you the best going forward!
There’s a video on the channel about my nutrition whilst injured if you want to watch! Basically I ate the same as I was still training ~10hrs a week of cross training plus my gym etc. on top of that. I did add some extra supplements and have a greater focus on protein for the recovery though!
Long sleeve and gloves in September? Living down south making you soft mate 👀😂 least you took the gloves off for the session. Good vid lad glad to see u back at it 👊🏻 nice double in font today also
Partial Achilles tear isn’t career ending if you follow the correct rehab program. My surgeon has operated on a lot of athletes, many twice, and their best performances have come after the surgery rather than before! Training within 6 months and racing within 9 months is the usual recovery time if all goes smoothly :) Remember - this wasn’t an Achilles rupture. It was a tear from being spiked by another athlete.
Never had any issues with it after 2+ years of use in different countries around the world! Maybe contact the support team if you’re having problems :)

Request to put min/km paces on the screen for reference :)
Noted! Although it’s a 1KM rep, so the total rep time is the KM pace!

Great video. How did you decide / what boxes did you have to tick to decide you were ready to start sessions again?
@@zacrandall4491 physio and surgeon both assessed me on a regular basis - I then had gait analysis and various strength tests 🙌🏻
Good to see you healthy again. Wishing you success in 2025.
@@asullivan1988 appreciate it!
Same session as me today!
Nice!
Looked like a very solid session! Do you have any racing plans for winter?
Not 100% sure… but hopefully November!

3:49 they are pretty half a$$ed drills! Running arms maybe next time?
lol we don’t film the full warm up - thanks for the tips though! drills are working alright for me so far 🤪
Definitely need to work on arm movement. Get those arms swinging and you'll be the master of the Fog Dog, not his little poodle! 😂
England will never ever get someone like Mo Farah go Somalia and get someone like Mo poor England Athletes nowadays

Coros gps is trash
