I did the system software a bunnch of times but it goes right back to error has occured screen😢

Same 4 me,i switched HDMI CORD and CONTROLLER'S charger 2 plug n2 game. This let me in so went str8 to STORAGE cleaned it up then updated system software which did or is 11.05 ATM but still does it everytime I turn it on?
