Speaking of EDM, Alex vocal pre-bridge reminds me of 2010-2012 melodic dubstep when every dubstep tracks' verses are so emotionally driven with female vocals. Such a good addition to the band.
This lineup change has to be one of the best things to happen to metalcore in recent memory. Not to mention the songwriting with the addition of Alex has hit all the right spots.
Congrats to Make Them Suffer for signing to sharptone, this song freakin slaps, I got goosebumps from this song. Great reaction my dude, can't wait to blast this song on repeat when it comes out
These guys have really reinvented themselves to stay relevant and these past singles have been some of the best metalcore songs of the year. Metalbirb, this video had great dynamic editing, keep it up!
These guys have reached their final form. Alex is such a legend. I can't get over that keytar. I've been with these guys every step of the way. I first listened to Neverbloom back in 2012. I hated deathcore back then. I know I found these guys because I found Saviour first. They changed my mind about deathcore. I met the whole band on their first US tour, when Louisa and Tim were still in the band, in 2016. These guys are such legends. I'm glad they're still putting out bangers.
MTS is the band that got me into Deathcore too, I didnt get in until 2017; Vortex grabbed me and I had to go down the rabbit hole just to understand how they got there. After Doomswitch and Ghost of Me they're quickly becoming one of my all time bands.
Just listened to this and wow... These guys are different from their first album and I love this new song. Seen them live when their first album got released i was 16 at the time, they were sick! I'm so proud of them they've come so far and sound just as sick. Love this song.
I'm so happy to see them get what they deserve. They've really grinded and I hope to god this is their year. Could easily be at the top of metalcore if an album keeps this standard
Couldn't agree more about the dual cleans and heavy vocals and how much that adds to their dynamic, what a great track. 3 for 3 on singles. Absolutely loving what they're doing right now.
The new era of make them suffer is really good. Which is the only thing that matters. I loved the old them, but this is extremely good sooo its all good in the hood.
Killer. I was just talking to someone on r/metalcore about how I’m tired of every song having a breakdown you can see coming a mile away, and MTS deliver a song that doesn’t use it. Thats my favorite part, the part they didn’t put in 😂
Man, I second your remarks at the very end of the song: "YES. Yes yes yes yes yes!" Crossing my fingers they take you up on the offer to come on your podcast!
I got so visibly hyped as this went on im like sweating and there are tears in my eyes yet im laughing at how fucking GOOD THIS WAS. Was thinking hell, if i get like this i should maybe do my own reaction channel, but nah its too rare that this happens. This tune is something special.
This was fucking perfect! The blend of the screams was so natural feeling. I do hope that maybe on an album we get something that has Alex at the forfront of the song with Sean just backing a bit. But damn both songs so far have been great !
My absolute favorite part was the chorus. Sean doing sing screams with Alex’s cleans underneath them in unison, it just tickled the right part of my brain especially being a vocalist myself.
Everyone say it with me.. SONG OF THE YEAR!! Favorite part of the song was definitely the back and forth between Alex and Sean. Such a perfect dynamic duo and we’ve only heard two songs from them together. Can’t wait for the next album
Awesome! Also I still think the funniest part of birbs videos is watching his mic slowly fall away from him, just for him to bring it back up. Get that shit fixed 😂
So much to unpack there. You are right there is a lot of detail in that song. It's soo good. They've definitely kept up to pace with Doom switch. I think my favourite part was the bouncy intro riff with the almost alarm sounds like in Doom switch.
I really loved the slow momentum and atmospheric piano buildup to the main chorus, it really felt like a fresh switch up, this new track MTS made is absolute 🔥🤘
For the details. I have some absolutely amazing ones. For that heavy part in the first verse it sounds so much like the breakdown in blood moon. And in the first prechorus Alex started singing the bridge and before the big upus of the bridge Sean ends with the last sentence of the chorus before Alex takes off.
Their last two songs are so so good, the music is brilliant but the cherry on top is the back & forth between the two singers either duo clean, duo harsh, or clean & harsh, it's awesome, it brings so much more power to a song. I loved it when Linkin Park did it on some of their early songs. I don't know why most bands aren't doing that.
Man as much as i knew this band was chock full of talent they never clicked with me, but the SharpTone announcement peaked my interest right away and WOW i’ve never been so excited over a signing before Favorite part was definitely at 1:50!
Dude, I was already pumped to see their 10 Years of Neverbloom show in a few weeks, but hold crap do I hope they rip this song during the show. If I die in that pit I won't even care.
8.8/10 is an injustice. This is track of the year. 11/10. Everything you can want in a song. Best part of the song was the beginning, middle and end. Worst part of the song was that it didn’t go on for 47 more minutes.
I've been much more into deathcore the last few years, but I love this and Doomswitch was great as well. I'll miss Drown This City, but Alex is such a great addition to this band.
Hang on hang on. Sean has a side project?! Where the hell have I been?! Jesus. First time listening to this song, I'm not gonna lie, I got a little emotional when Sean and Alex did their back and forth screaming. And that chorus caught me off guard a little. I could've sworn it was just gonna be mainly Alex with Sean backing her up. I'm very pleased where this band is heading. I don't wanna say that they've reached their peak. But I'm pretty sure that this upcoming album will be difficult to top, even for them.
I love when Alex and Sean are going back and forth with screams. Gotta love the laser noises too lol
Objectively a banger song. Perfect blend of EDM, metalcore, catchy chorus, insane vocals.
Speaking of EDM, Alex vocal pre-bridge reminds me of 2010-2012 melodic dubstep when every dubstep tracks' verses are so emotionally driven with female vocals. Such a good addition to the band.

I adored booka but Alex is more talented
@@zerozeeros tbh Booka is much better live. Alex's live vocals are disappointingly bad. I hope she gets better cz MTS are such a great band
@@mojorhythm disagree! I’ve seen them twice with Alex and she killed it
Congrats to Make Them Suffer for signing to sharptone, this song freakin slaps, I got goosebumps from this song. Great reaction my dude, can't wait to blast this song on repeat when it comes out
Not even on Spotify yet, way to get this out!! Absolutely banger, love the content ❤️🤟
i’ve never clicked on a video so fast 😂
These guys have really reinvented themselves to stay relevant and these past singles have been some of the best metalcore songs of the year.
Metalbirb, this video had great dynamic editing, keep it up!
These guys are the new metal core kings ( and queen). Makes me proud to be an Aussie 🇦🇺
best metalcore and deathcore always come from Australia man...
@@jmc8626 erra are boring as fuck and sound the same on every song. MTS are miles better
Bro Northlane alphawolf mts dealer so many banger bands
@@funnyperson4027 Not to mention Parkway drive.
Id say Polaris are the Kings but either way Australia is going crazy.
Favorite part was probably the chorus. Love those cleans from Sean. Instant playlist for me.

I got goosebumps three different times listening to this
whatever album they make next is gonna be so fuckin good if these 2 singles with Alex is anything to go off of, i'm so bloody excited.
I'm so happy to see them get what they deserve. They've really grinded and I hope to god this is their year. Could easily be at the top of metalcore if an album keeps this standard
The duo vocals! 🔥🔥🔥 Sharptone making smart moves!
Couldn't agree more about the dual cleans and heavy vocals and how much that adds to their dynamic, what a great track. 3 for 3 on singles. Absolutely loving what they're doing right now.

What the hell, how are they making music better than the last album??? Alex is the perfect addition, I’m so excited for a new album

DUDE I JUST FILMED MINE... SO I GET TO WATCH YOURS YESSSSSS!!!! SO GOOD
I couldn't be more happy ....this song is amazing. Sean's vocals are incredible.
Maaaaan goosebumps the whole time listening. This is peak!!!!
next level make them suffer cant wait for that new album
Whenever I get on YT and see new Make Them Suffer, I'm so god damn hyped instantly. These guys never, ever disappoint.
Man, I second your remarks at the very end of the song: "YES. Yes yes yes yes yes!" Crossing my fingers they take you up on the offer to come on your podcast!
The instagram post for this song told us that album #5 is going to drop this year and I can already tell it's going to be one of my top 5 of the year
Loved the reaction ,mts never disappoints...❤❤❤
The face you made at the beginning of the song hahaha YES. My same reaction. This band can do no wrong!!!!
This is the metalcore we need. The lyrics, the emotion, the ENERGY.. all on point . MTS does it perfectly!
I love everything they've put out, and I've really enjoyed watching their progression. What a band!
I got so visibly hyped as this went on im like sweating and there are tears in my eyes yet im laughing at how fucking GOOD THIS WAS. Was thinking hell, if i get like this i should maybe do my own reaction channel, but nah its too rare that this happens. This tune is something special.
The over all flow of the song with the seamless blending and transition.
Absolutely love this song. Seeing them at the end of the month. Can't wait to hear this song live. Alex brings a whole new level to the band.
Saw them live with Bad Omens last year! Very excited to see this, these Aussies don’t mess around
This was fucking perfect! The blend of the screams was so natural feeling. I do hope that maybe on an album we get something that has Alex at the forfront of the song with Sean just backing a bit. But damn both songs so far have been great !
My favorite band 😍🤘🏼
Seen them live with Alexx in NY and they DO NOT disappoint
I'm actually obsessed with this band atm. Thier last two have been constants on my playlist
Sean is the best vocalist in the business holy shit
This has got to be one of the best years for metal. Invent, Make Them Suffer, DEXCORE's singles, Currents. It's been a good year
I can’t wait for the Australian invasion tour this summer!!!!!

Lmao I know!!
This song is fantastic! I can't wait for the album!
Love this band
The transitions are sooo clean
SUCH A FUCKING BANGERRRRRRR. THEY DON'T MISS

Chorus reminds me of dayseeker and bad omens, so i mean given the tour a bit ago, very warranted. Love this track
Straight up metalcore perfection!! This goes so damn hard. Next album is shaping up to be incredible.
Fun fact: Sean can sing like that live too
I really loved the slow momentum and atmospheric piano buildup to the main chorus, it really felt like a fresh switch up, this new track MTS made is absolute 🔥🤘
I think I honestly like the soft part with Alex singing, perfect break before speeding back up
I’m loving what make them suffers doing rn and the addition of Alex
Another amazing track from this band! They do not disappoint at all with these new tracks
For the details. I have some absolutely amazing ones.
For that heavy part in the first verse it sounds so much like the breakdown in blood moon.

This band always makes me happy. Been my favorite band since Neverbloom

I loved it when Linkin Park did it on some of their early songs. I don't know why most bands aren't doing that.
Energy .. purest of energy
I really loved how the main riff was actually the heaviest part of the song. It was a fresh timing, yet an interesting one!
Am also so impressed by the consistency of their sound. This is probably close to what the old souls era would’ve sounded like with Alex aboard.
Another Banger by MTS, fav party is the Chorus.
Man as much as i knew this band was chock full of talent they never clicked with me, but the SharpTone announcement peaked my interest right away and WOW i’ve never been so excited over a signing before
Favorite part was definitely at 1:50!
The verses give me big Crystal Lake vibes, absolute banger!
I’m loving the blend of chunky guitars and synth electronics. 🔥👏🏼🥹
Oh gosh...... she's bloody gorgeous ❤❤❤
Just another absolute banger
That static X vibe is sooo good
picking between this and Without a Whisper for SOTY is destroying me on the inside to say the least.
It's like a super heavy Static-X vibes...love it.
So sick 🤘🤘🔥
HUMANITY’S LAST BREATH
For some odd reason, I'm hearing Northlane - 4D in some parts of this song.
This song fucks hard. ❤
Damn dude! You jumped on this one so quick!!!
I'm seeing these guys with Amity Affliction and Parkway Drive OCT 6 was curious how good these guys are pretty sick!
See you when YOU HIT THE BOTTOM! Great analysis breaking it down!
They never disappoint
This is awesome very heavy 🤘🤘😈😈
1:52 reminds me of the neverbloom screams ❤️🥹
they've really been on one, these last 2 tracks are probably their best ever IMO
Dude, I was already pumped to see their 10 Years of Neverbloom show in a few weeks, but hold crap do I hope they rip this song during the show. If I die in that pit I won't even care.
Only other vocal duo with this much talent that comes to mind is Volumes
Man, I miss the Neverbloom days 😂 Elegies is probably my favourite song from them.
Agreed can see another song close to it recent
When does the song come out? So fuckin rad bro
Bands keep getting better this year
What really sold it for me was when the clean vocals were isolated. That was the point that I thought the perfected metalcore.
Make Them Suffer, Current and Invent Animate are the metalcore kings for now.
Hellll yes - 9.2 on first listen for me
Bangeeer
Alex is official my Dreamgirl
8.8/10 is an injustice. This is track of the year. 11/10. Everything you can want in a song. Best part of the song was the beginning, middle and end. Worst part of the song was that it didn’t go on for 47 more minutes.
Yeah Alex was a great addition
Mate hoping you react to Boundaries new song when it drops. I'm pretty sure there might be a music video
I've been much more into deathcore the last few years, but I love this and Doomswitch was great as well. I'll miss Drown This City, but Alex is such a great addition to this band.
When Make Them Suffer was blackened symphonic deathcore in their first 2 albums, I recommend checking out Neverbloom, Widower and Maelstrom
Would love to get your reaction to our new single house of flies if thats possible.
They’re the best band in metal core
She's so 🔥
Hang on hang on. Sean has a side project?! Where the hell have I been?! Jesus. F'n Perfect.
Well, I see MTS, I hit play faster than getting sucked out an airplane window at 30,000 feet.
Solid song but I prefer their first single that dropped prior to this. Can’t wait for the album to hear the rest of their tracks.
