This story reminds me of my own mindset while working on the course, cutting cups is my favorite job and I love knowing people are playing to the pins iv cut and set for the day. I need a break like this man has gotten. Stuck in Ohio golf would love to get a gig like his at TPC
I’ve never encountered as many passionate people until I started studying and working in the golf industry, being around people that strive for excellence everyday is inspiring.
This hit close to home for me. I'm a skibum outwest in Utah who works on courses as well and just took the job up in the summers to pay for the winter, and really started falling in love with the course upkeep aspect and especially the game itself. Great video and an inspiring individual.

The best job on a golf course is grounds! Nothing like being outside all day creating perfection. Wish I would have pursued it as a profession out of HS and studied turf management. Instead I worked at a CC during my summers and became an accountant!
