Blackberry Smoke's sound is reminiscent of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Marshall Tucker and the Allman Brothers Band and still completely unique. I don't know how the hell they do that but I love to listen to them. #SpreadtheSmoke.
This is one of those bands that goes beyond the limits and their music trascends all over the world. This is a beautiful piece of work. Here in South America, Blackberry Smoke has became one of our favorites.
I learned to play this last week and I played it in a bar last night. Everyone there loved the hell out of it! I told them to go listen to Blackberry Smoke they wrote it and do it a lot better job than I can do alone!
What a great lyric!! Something every small town young man knows.. life is short but its deep.. just dive in.. its only a mistake if you fail to learn from it. Keep it up yall
The Eagles, Allman Bros, Bob Segar etc yeah , thats the feelin right there. These boys take me back to a much better time. Southern/Country Fried rock whatever the label this is the music I like. Been listening to Bocephus, Waylon, oak ridge boys, Glen Campbell, Roy Clark, etc lately.

And you don't ask questions you do it just because
You don't climb to high or dream too much
With a whole lot of work and a little bit of luck
You can wind up right back where your daddy was
This little bitty town it ain't nothing new

Swallow your pride just to make your family proud
If I didn't think that it would shut the whole place down
I'd ride my pony right out of this one horse town
Yeah this one horse town
I'm an old married man at the age of twenty three
Got two little boys on the baseball team
And that might be their only ticket out
All they got is a worn out name
And a daddy that could've gone all the way
But I hung my saddle up and I settled down
This little bitty town, oh it ain't nothing new
We all stick around 'cause they all tell us too
Swallow your pride just to make your family proud
If I didn't think that it would shut the whole place down

Finest touring band on the planet right now. God Bless Blackberry Smoke. Dan
Long Live Southern Rock!!!
Blackberry Smoke's sound is reminiscent of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Marshall Tucker and the Allman Brothers Band and still completely unique. I don't know how the hell they do that but I love to listen to them. #SpreadtheSmoke.
Energia incrível, venham pra o Brasil!!!
Boa noite, Lorena.
Parabéns pelo seu bom gosto!
Blackberry Smoke na veia!
Continue no Rock N' Roll.

This is one of those bands that goes beyond the limits and their music trascends all over the world.
This is a beautiful piece of work.
Here in South America, Blackberry Smoke has became one of our favorites.
First time hearing them, definitely not the last for this old South Georgia boy! Great job, gentlemen!
I learned to play this last week and I played it in a bar last night. Everyone there loved the hell out of it! I told them to go listen to Blackberry Smoke they wrote it and do it a lot better job than I can do alone!
Are we sure the song wasn't written about Patrick south Carolina! Should have been. @@road dog
Nice playing and singing and I like the crisp clean voicing on the guitar , the whole band sounds great .
Melhor banda que eu conheci nos últimos anos!
The Dead South é muito bom também.
TB acho, pra mim depois do Metálica vem eles ..
I just LOVE this song and all the guys who contributed to it. Keep going. Love you.
What a great lyric!! Something every small town young man knows.. life is short but its deep.. just dive in.. its only a mistake if you fail to learn from it. Keep it up yall
Love this song so much. Fantastic band, amazing live. Can't wait to see them again!
This songs lyrics and chords reverberated in my soul...and brought me to tears
👍✌️😂😩😄😄👌
The lyrics are so damn deep! So many people can identify with this.
Egg Roll same!
Check out Dwight Yoakam.. Dwight's used records good place to start..
Thank . With everything playing on the radio, its refreshing to find a great band like Blackberry Smoke. Absolutely fantastic in concert.
It just describes, taking life day by day, its a fabulous song.
I have placed this song, on my top 20 hits list. On point it is. Not easy to make my list of hits.👀🤍 it.....
These Guys are the REAL DEAL, IMO...What great Tune...anyone who can't relate aint never been there, to that One Horse Town..:)
Possibly my favourite song I’ve heard in a very very long time. I think Dogwood by Whiskey Myers is the only one that’s sharing the top spot 🙌🏽
One of my favourite songs great music!
I'm canadian (a 53yo rocker too) I love everything these guys do. Wife too (she's Ottawa country)

Just stumbled onto these guys about a month ago. One of those "best kept secrets" I guess. Great sound, awesome vocals!
