30:41 - 31:20 You got me on the wisdom part. Perfectly said! In the Qur'an, Allah informs us of something quite similar to what you mentioned. I felt the urge to share this because you've demonstrated your alignment with your natural intellectual instincts. This is not something to be taken for granted, because many people would rather trade wisdom for fleeting material things. You're very inspirational and I enjoy watching your videos. Above all, I highly appreciate your honesty and strong criticism of aspects of the human personality and life. Here's the verse: He gives wisdom to whom He wills, and whoever has been given wisdom has certainly been given much good. And none will remember except those of understanding. [AL-Baqarah, verse 269] And here it is in Arabic for any fellow Arabic-speaking viewers: یُؤۡتِی ٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ مَن یَشَاۤءُۚ وَمَن یُؤۡتَ ٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ فَقَدۡ أُوتِیَ خَیۡرࣰا كَثِیرࣰاۗ وَمَا یَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّاۤ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلۡأَلۡبَـٰبِ [سورة البقرة ، الآية 269]
yeah , im a muslim too , from morocco here , and season 17 made me even more interested in my RELIGION BECAUSE this dude explanations correlate highly with the quran , he is a freaking genius (explaining and arriving to those assumptions indicated in the quran or other religions by pure science and logic is unreal , i love this dude , never being so ENLIGHTENED in my life like that , now i even have more faith in my religion.)
You need to do a video on how you typed your cat, even if it’s just a couple minutes long. Because I just think that would make for an interesting video. I think my cat is ISTP lol
Looks like a Dark Wizard specializing in Legilimency & Occlumency for sure! LOL BTW, thanks for doing the subconscious stuff. Not many popular MBTi/Jungian channels addressing the 4 subconscious cognitive stack. They always talk about the first 4.
For those with Fe inferior such as myself, I would suggest studying culture and ethics to develop it. CSJ mentioned that moving to another country and forcing yourself to learn their language would help this kind of growth immensely. But for those of you who are not ready for that kind of leap, even moving to a different town or living in something like a dorm would be highly beneficial. I would also suggest volunteering for something that involves servicing a variety of people. Basically, anything that challenges you to live in someone else's shoes would be worthwhile (especially for INTPs - servicing others in need is the fastest way to develop your ESFJ subconscious). As for ethics, you could learn a lot from the great philosophers, or even professional guidelines of ethics (ex: the ACA code of ethics) might yield some fruitful insights.
This is good advice. It’s similar to inferior Se. I moved to a new city, I’ve volunteered and I’ve become all around more conscious of my surroundings and the diverse people in my surroundings. I’ve also come to the conclusion that inferior Se will always feel like moving in water. I’ll always be hyper aware of every physical move I make but that’s ok because I NEED to be hyper aware of the information in my surroundings.
I kind agree with, reading about culture, studying low of ethics, having interest in geology and listening to different country music helped me developed it, also spirituality as an intp it fed my inferior Fe so well.
Im an INTP and went to prison in California. Very immersive. Nice guy syndrome and PTSD finally caught up with me over an easement dispute. I think it helped me in many ways.
Typology has helped me immensely these past 15 months in developing my intj subconscious. It has really helped me go through what has definitely been a Covid-induced midlife crisis. I definitely support the message on this video.
"I am triggering SO many people right now." just as I'm thinking about how much golden context you are weaving and value you are creating by doing so. Next video: breaking down the formulae to Cosmic Jokes.
@@Charles-Antoine_LeRoyI'd go as far to include the non social animals and insects too, although to a lesser degree. For instance, some spiders are bigger assholes than others. Some more fearful/fearless than others.
You work that elder wand, Chase! You look very Voldemort-ish! Not menacing, but very cool with suave! Well, I’m an INTJ female, always very emotionally controlled and living in my Ego function all the time. But I realize that the times when I was most happy was when I just didn’t overthink, when I just experienced it, which were few and far in between. I agree that when I tap in my subconsious, I am most happy. It takes me back to when I still a child, probably when my ego was still not developed - before life hit me. I think that my ego was developed to help me survive and adapt, but I’ve always relied on my ego and have been feeling a lot empty these past few months. Recently, I experienced an awakening, and decided that I was just more than what my “ego” decides me to be. I started to just do things. So instead of think-say-do, I reversed the process - I experience things first (Se) and decide on what I think about it after - and it feels so awesome! A month ago, I would never would have attempted freediving (I didn’t know how to swim), or kundalini yoga (never tried yoga, just a gym plan), or volunteer at a local charity. Now, I get to be a mermaid on weekends, I started baking, meditating daily, and not my INTJ ego self and I still feel good (but a lot more "well rounded"?). So yes, it can help you be more “mindful” and “aware” leading to enlightenment. It’s so interesting to learn about depth psychology and merge it not only with Carl Jung but also spirituality and enlightenment. Thank you! I like these series!
Effort defeats itself. I have experienced this too. When I use my Ni hero to perform better. I just mess up. It's when I let go and stop thinking that I perform better. But how can I continue to do this? Being triple movement, I believe it's difficult to stop thinking. Any solutions?
Shreyas For me, meditation helps a lot as I notice it helps quiet my mind. Kundalini yoga is especially effective for me. Also, I took away distractions such as Netflix/TV/Movies/FB after realizing they wouldn't really matter to me 3-5 years down the line. I had to sit down and have a meeting with myself (okay, that's weird). When my mind is open, a lot of a-ha moments seem to pop up and I try not to go to Te mode yet and just let the inspiration marinate. A lot of introspection, journal writing (not a very emotional one as I still use tables when I think) but focusing on doing one thing that scares me every month. I just have to not think and do it! As an INTJ I like challenging myself a lot. 🤦🏻♀️
Wow this is the case for me also. INTJ female here, I feel way more masculine and I’m sure it’s because I “live” in Ni (Ego) instead of Se (Subconscious). I’ve also been meditating a lot and dancing as exercise! Omg I love it! I feel so much more free and playful instead of obsessing over perfection. My ESFP aside is sooo playful and funny. People attract to me like flies to honey when I’m not robotically seeing pass them and judging them. I just need to learn to function in Se more naturally.
@@fayea.4755 Me too. I have gotten to the point where I can't get anywhere unless I release this Subconscious power now. Our teeth are programmed to only last until around 40, when we would have perished in the world centuries ago, maybe the same goes for our egos too. It's an old coat I have now outgrown! It's early days for me but this is the one true way out, I feel the truth flow through me. Onwards...
True enough, humility has propelled my career to greater heights than my skills. Being a perfectionist made me feel like nothing can break my plans and strategies and i found soon that my superiority complex took me nowhere near my goals. It was a long process to be humble at work. I even survived a job that tossed and turned my confidence in many ways! Brought my a level of anxiety i never knew i would have. But it was a process I had to go through to further myself. I was exactly where I should be. Overall, you make me feel guilty about not reading much books these days. Ok imma do myself a favor on that part...
I was definitely a more effeminate ESTJ male in my 20's and 30's, around last year when I turned 40 I started the 'mid-life' process I definitely became much more masculine and authoritative in my mannerisms. In fact I've become borderline Misogynistic with people. It's actually been difficult to control lately, but I'm getting better at it.
I work in a very Se demanding profession, so I've had been forced develop my Se for a while now. After watching this video on the subconscious I started making a conscious effort to let my unconscious take over. I think I've been able to do it twice. Most INTJ's know what it's like to enter their flow state. It's like that.... but you also run an emotional high, that makes it so interruptions don't cause you to break down. My best experience in my subconscious was about 8 hours long, and carried me through one of the busiest days this quarter. Everyone was emotionally frayed, and ready to snap but for some reason I was able to skate above it all. Putting out fires as I went. Additionally, after a full 8 hours of "human" I wasn't socially drained at all. It was surreal. Just wanted to say THANK YOU! This really is a huge epiphany for me, and a massive step towards becoming my best self.
P.S. Also been name-dropping, in constructive comments, on other channels. Hopefully those creators don't mind too much, and your content gets more views.
I know exactly what you mean, I worked at a gas startion by myself over the summer and got compliments from business owners, people in sales and professors on my Charisma. It’s was SHOCKING but I know what they mean now
Thank you so much for this confirmation. I have been really working on “seeing through” my Se and it really does feel happier. I’m not worried about anything but my surroundings and what I see. Its very liberating. It’s also easier to interact with others. I just navigate others personalities with Te in order to make the best decision for a situation rather than trying to control everything. Mediation was key for me also.
Living vicariously through your children resonates with me! My mother is an ESTP and I’m an INFJ and she was the only person that raised me so it makes sense why I am an INFJ because she used her subconscious to make me lol just like when I talk to people about having children I always tell people I want little alpha boys who are athletes... my subconscious is ESTP who make awesome athletes and are super dominant lol
Thank you. My 39 years old ENFJ friend mentioned me the same thing as you did about humility very often. About gender energy I have to reconsider my grandmother as ENFJ instead of ESFJ because she always acts like a man. Respect you and everyone who develop my life.
Been following Mr. Cs for a while now.. As an ENFJ that is absolutely fascinated with being a growth teacher and learning to map out archetypes I started digesting CS's info with an aspiration to be a growth teacher of actualization.. This type of information has changed my life and I am very grateful for the work this guy does.. Have learned to be deeply fascinated with an ESTP with FI trickster developing and delivering something so significant to the world. As an ENFJ I am very proud and grateful this guy has reached such a level of potential and I literally had to watch at least a hundred hours of his material to really be able to follow his perspectives and be able to map them out with my NI-TI axis with any level of real understanding.. absolutely wonderful. Liked, subscribed and hit the bell. Thank you as always Mr. CS Joseph.
@@CSJoseph I really like that you aren't responding to the hater youtubers and that you are just charging along doing your thing. Keep on keeping on. Merry Christmas man.
I have to add though, that my neighbor is defffffinitely an ISTP transgender man. Biologically female, but is in transition. But in a way, that adds to the original point of your argument that STPs are masculine in general.
1st i tell every person that i know that you exist...even psychologists 2nd love the femenine and masculine theory 3rd I went to season 4 in the middle of the video! 4th I am an INTJ from Chile, south america Hi!
32:17 I agree with this completely. It’s interesting as I (INFJ) have watched my attachment style change over time as I’ve developed my subconscious ESTP - because attachment styles aren’t necessarily fixed.
Interesting Concepts presented in this video! As an INTJ male who has been told throughout his life that I can tend to act too feminine, this video gave me some things to theorize about as to whether its because my other two sides of my mind are feminine and growing up I had to go into other sides of my mind to be socially accepted by people. Like maybe it's just a product of being a music student in a culture that favors my subconscious making me aspire often, and maybe its the fact that my mother is an ISFP and I needed to be in ENTP unconscious to survive around her. Or maybe it's just a combination of multiple things. Lots to think about, Great video Keep it up!
Christian Sirracha that’s funny, I’m a female INTJ and I feel very masculine on the inside. My mom is ENTP, not sure how that relates to how I feel like a “dude lady” sometimes.
I feel that the Inverse theory you mentioned is a master key. Please correct me if I am wrong, An INTJ has to lead with morals (responsible) rather than will power to develop the subconscious?
23:55 I am impressed with the amount of consideration you gave toward this open ended Te question. Very mature coming from Te - 6, my Te - 5 usually just worries internally... “since type psychology isn’t technically a scientifically verified theory (yet) [yes i know psychology is a soft science since it is reliant on personal testimony in large part for its assessments of truth, unlike physics or chemistry] and that would be needed to show it is logically sound not just internally consistent (logically valid). Is there a statistical connection between interaction style gender and transgender percentage among a broad population?” these are the kinds of questions I ask all the time with regard to depression, religion, drug usage, political affiliation, etc. - INTP
T Gondii is fascinating--once rodents are infected with this parasite, it causes them to feel sexual attraction for cats rather than fear. The parasite can only compete it's life cycle in the stomach of a feline. It's highly prevalent in our society (this is why there are labels on bags of cat litter warning pregnant women to not handle cat feces). I had no idea T Gondii and gender dysphoria were correlated but now I'll be researching this topic as well. I'm editing bc I just realized I had a typo.
What subconscious does this sound like (me as a child btw): Curious; independent; loved to create things (legos, drawings, stories etc); did what I wanted; was creative; sensitive. Was not very outgoing, but not extremely shy either. Further context below: Your videos and test and companion guide helped me determine that I am a XNTJ. But not which one.
Also I know a female to male trans person who is ISFP. He's been in a long-term relationship with an INTP female. I guess that makes sense because he has ENTJ subconscious.
If both Structure and Finisher are masculine, and Starter and Background are feminine, then "Direct" speaking style is masculine, "Informing" speaking style is feminine.
LMAOOO. Can you teach me how to type my cat too??? Love the way you casually said she's an esfj looool juuuuust in case we were wondering ;) But on a serious note.....omggg you have a kitty! Is she a new addition to the family? I haven't heard you speaking about her before. I wanna see her!
I'm an INFJ, and i'm knowing this channel now. After this video, i need to tell you.. i'm so desperate to develop my ESTP side. I just need to know the healthiest way to do it.
It’s Friday night and I’m grabbing a cup of lemon balm tea and listening to this gold TONIGHT 💚 Yep. I’m turning into an awesome adult. Your lectures are so fun to listen to, very little BS to I trust it more lol
Great episode ... just finished watching on Patreon. It makes more sense now why my (ESFJ) mother seemed so hawkish in confining my siblings and me to academics and not necessarily as supportive of activities outside of that zone. I am getting better at implementing my humor in speeches now. However, I have procrastinated once again due to the number of things on my proverbial plate and will have to quickly write an outline tomorrow morning if I am to at least get three hours of practice in. Believe it or not, I want to improve learning by making a link between AI and Jungian cognitive functions. However, the meta-physical aspects are still somewhat above my comprehension, and I don't have a clue as to what it is like to have the Fe function.
It's just like Fi. Except, instead of being loyal to your own values, you get a quick sense of the social environment's values, and cater to those. Additionally, there can sometimes be loyalty to self/individualism versus loyalty to group/community. I am somewhere in between where I can access both... Good luck 🙏🏻👍🏻🍀
@23:49 you asked of the statistics reguarding the connection to a person being born opposite gender then their majority subconcious. The blood brain barier reference, points in the direction of partial explanation. Your asking the right questions. Your theory is seeming to be the most completly logical. Keep up the good work!
Chase, thanks to me rewatching this video, and your uncconscios, critic and nemesis videos a few times, I have come to the conclusion that I was wrong when I previously assumed I was unconscious focused, and that I'm rather more likely to be subconscious or even ego focused. But I am extremely hungry for some unconscious development, as I am sick of being immature, hypocritical, and unwise. I have also realised that developing the unconscious is the first step in... well, a 'shortcut' to development and self improvement. (Yes, another INTJ shortcut). Right now at this moment, this is probably the thing I desire most in life. What I have realised, and what I mean by a 'shortcut', is that since developing the more pessimistic functions promotes the most growth in other cognitive functions via axis and orbit, this would make the critic and demon the ideal cognitive functions to develop for overall growth as they are the most pessimistic. But since the demon is so damn hard to develope because we have basically no cognitive awareness of it by default, it is probably better to start by developing the nemesis to grow awarness of the demon a little via cognitive axis first. So as a result I concluded that the nemesis and the critic are the best functions to start developing for fastest overall growth, and of course they essentially represent the unconscious, being the hero and parent of the unconscious and all. Anyway, I have already watched your videos on developing the unconscious (apart from your membership ones) and already know more or less what is required or what it means to develope the unconscious. Hard work, humility, a more critical hero and parent such. But what I'm struggling to see with my Se and Te, is what the general sort of 'mindset' that a transition into ENTP unconscious would 'look' like or 'feel' like. I can already identify when I've transitioned into my subconscious, as this has a particular 'feel' to it, and my personality seems to change in a way that I just know by looking at my actions that I'm in my ESFP subconscious, but I cant seem to get the same feeling for my ENTP unconscious... I was wondering if you have any tips for me on this... Like, what does ENTP unconscious actually 'look' like? And how do I know how to properly implement 'humility' into my life for unconscious development?
Additionally, "Will make the title look better" is a sentence fragment and has no subject. And you didn't put a period after "vs." So I hate to break it to you, but there's a good deal of incorrect grammar in your post about someone else's grammar.
Se provides, Si receives. Se masc, Si fem. I've been in touch with my enfp persona for quite some time, and have done a lot to integrate my shadow functions.
Speaking of typing animals, I've been meaning to ask you: at what point along the evolutionary scale do cognitive functions manifest? Is it just us humans, or have we noticed them in primates or other animals?
As an INFJ your son will prefere to do rather than watch (sport and phyical) things. Unless he is trying to perfect ?!😉 something practical, in which case he will want to watch people who are experts in there field until he gets the full picture.👌
CSJ, lots of powerful stuff being said in this lecture.. it's so wierd because I have had a lot of the exact same thoughts about my own experience and development, but I usually dismiss them because I don't know if it's valid or not, then BOOM here you come with your explanation and theory.. just wow. This was really motivating, love your work!
Well I haven't finished this lecture yet and I haven't done research into this subject yet but I def think your theory regarding anima/animas is more correct than the other. With what we now know about this Science, this theory so far makes the most sense and appears to dovetail nicely with the 4 sides of the mind. This would actually explain quite a lot and is fascinating to contemplate. I will do some research into this topic when I have some time; thanks for putting it on my radar.
Great lecture, but actually this is not what I expected. I thought you would give advices differently for each personality types how to activate, strengthen their unconscious side of mind.I am an Sri Lankan INTP and I know my unconscious personality type is ENTJ. If I learn about ENTJ's ego and embrace their qualities and behaviors to my day to day life, will it make myself more mature, will it make my pessimistic Unconscious personality be more synced with my positive ego to create a perfect order for my life to achieve the success?????? And I also love ENTJ's qualities ,Extraverted practical behaviors and I definitely wanna be more like them. I wanna be an ENTJ when I want to be practical ,organized and extraverted to create amazing systems in real world ,to argue with ppl, accomplish my goals, bring my internal frameworks to the real world using my Ti hero. Thanks for your support ❤️
I always imagined the subconscious as a tree from which sweet fruit (wisdom) can be plucked and the unconscious as a dragon that must be fought to acquire a treasure (maturity). Obviously, the masculine strategy is to take the challenge of the dragon for the clear reward, being unaware of how plucking fruit can be rewarding (since it's an indirect reward). The female strategy, however, is that of exploration and initiation.
St3llarMemer My conception of it is that it is either heaven or hell, depending on whether it is accessed through the subconscious or the unconscious. Directly accessing it through the ego doesn’t seem possible as far as I’m aware.
You hit the bail on the head when you said other MBTI youtubers dont know what they’re talking about😂 I’ve been so frustrated and gave up watching them. Thanks for your wisdom. I also now understand why i cant be super “girly” compared to other women. -INFJ
Ayyee!! Yes!! This season continues with another banger CS Joseph. I absolutely love this, these lectures always give me motivation to keep learning and growing. Keep this up my guy :) And on the point of masculinity and femininity, It’s funny because before I knew of the masculine & feminine side of the mind theory, when I did some people watching of my own (Se parent habit), I’ve generally have noticed that starters and behind the scene types give of a more feminine “vibe” than the other two. Or the lesser “mature” (I’ll call them that for now; not sure if that label is true) ones would overcompensate by going all Conor Mcgreger, alpha male on your ass. But you could tell that it was an “act” or “facade”, or atleast I could. Not saying they all do that, but it’s something I’ve seen from time to time, so I would subscribe more to the interaction style theory than the more linear sides of the mind theory. It makes more sense to me, but I’m just an average people watching Joe. It may have to do with informative v. direct, tbh but Idk. It’s still interesting.
Brilliant Chase. I'm an INTP Male married to an INFP female and throughout our marriage during adversity she would often correctly say "why do I always have to be the strong one." Example: When she is sick she keeps going. When I'm sick I'm in bed. Also she is a lot better with tools with her super ego ISTP than me. Why? Because as an INFP 3/4 of her mind is male and as an INTP 3/4 of my mind is female. The reason why that so many NFP and NFJ idealists self identify as feminist is because modern feminism is actually masculine at the core as it promotes women taking on traditional male roles. Now I'm an INTP rationalist, who like Jordan Peterson, has traditionally opposed modern feminism. Yet I myself am very soft at the core. In fact I could spend days playing with my kids and do not aspire to great heights in my job at all. In my opinion rationalists mature when they become more 'feminist' and therefore masculine and idealists mature when they become less 'feminist' and therefore more feminine. I increasingly find myself in the middle of the two positions.
Notice intuitive feelers are 3/4 masculine and intuitive thinkers 3/4 feminine. Intuitive thinkers are soft. Hence they dominate at software. Intuitive feelers like INFP Joan of Arc and INFP Frodo in Lord of the rings are actually tough to the core. For sensors though, thinkers are 3/4 masculine and feelers 3/4 feminine. So our ideas of thinkers being masculine and feelers being feminine comes from the 73 % sensor population
You are brilliant! I think you are on to the real true what God intended to be known ( eventually)...you blew my mind ! I love God btw..and your teachings make everything make sense. Thank you
This Judah black (It's not feminine vs masculine) It's submissive reasoning peace making skills vs assertive hand on control... The unconscious is the side of the mind people unconsciously adapt to different personalities types.. My sister was in her unconscious when she was around me because our personalities don't match so she went into her unconscious to peacefully deal with me she's a enfj I thought she was a infp but it being her unconscious to keep the peace ironically enough me being a infj the subconscious comes out in joy Superego deals with trauma It depends on the personality type plus side of the mind (Feminine and masculine is logos very radical not logical)
People who decide to be gay because they swore off the opposite sex are few and far between. I am an INFJ. I dated a girl in 6th grade. Then afterward, I hit puberty and came to terms with liking other men. Ironically, that girl became a lesbian. I don't relate to most other gay people at all, but internally, I knew I was gay from a very young age. It would be more fair to say that there are many more bisexual people out there than people who self-report as bisexual.
I think it's an interesting idea you have regarding transgenderism. I didn't make any statistics about this, but from a logical point of view, I would say, the orientation of the type on its own isn't enough, but if you combine this nature with a specific kind of nurture f. e. people saying that this isn't how gender xy behaves, this could be a thing. How I imagine interactiontype and its orientation its more something other people perceive and not something you feel intrinsically. P. S. Thanks for the content you're doing a good job and you have improved over time!
Maybe the second side of your mind that is developed becomes the anima or animus. I say that because you're likely to have a close, complimentary relationship with this side of your mind. Once you get to the third side, third wheel syndrome could set in. Just spit-balling.
Dear Chase. instead of telling us 50 times that we need to develop our subconscious or we’ll be unhappy why don’t you just give a three minute snippet On what each personality type can do to develop it.
Regarding trans - ESTPs and ISTPs seem to be far more likely to embody the extremes of their gender. An extreme male gender is one which actively conceals emotions from the majority of people, so such people are less likely to communicate to their resident MBTI practitioner such concerns. There's also the fact that these two individuals who are more likely to 'put on a show' of gendered expression and cling more eagerly to a gender extreme are going to be in relative denial of any such gender dysphoria - with this in mind I consider it more than likely that a lack of perceived gender-dilemma's in such individuals is due to the behaviour these types exhibit rather than any one type being a different gender to another.
Fantastic lecture as always. Totally agree with the theory that Starter and Background types are more feminine. But wouldn't that mean that some STP women are likely to be Transgender because they are so masculine? Just saying since you mentioned you have never seen a STP transgender, but I guess you are talking about men in that case maybe. Anyways really interesting stuff.
Can you make significant progress with the demon function? Since access to the subconscious means “flipping around” the functions in the ego, then you don’t you also flip around the shadow and therefore the demon function is neutered / improves to something more positive?
I like your idea, Chase! I was thinking about this and it’s interesting how the idealist types are triple masculine, while the intellectual types are triple feminine...yet, the NF’s normally have a really hard time handling the truths the NT’s dish out. I guess masculinity by your concept would be specific to physical demeanor/presentation? It doesn’t appear that truth is a factor at all in any of these distinctions...most developed XNTP’s would stick by their principles, and developed XNTJ’s also hold strong to their rational convictions. I like where this is all heading but I still think we’re missing something.
27:59 I don’t need to have faith in my ability to help people, I have evidence of my ability to help people externally but even if my attempts were unsuccessful, I still can find comfort knowing I tried. faith is gullibility and is not the inverse of fear. [ESFJ subconscious]
Good video. I agree with you on the Transgender topic although I’d take a different approach... I’m unsure about the Anima/Animus theory yet... I have my own thoughts on that but great video! Love that you’re digging deep. I agree with maybe separate videos for rants and videos for strictly the topic. Tried showing your videos to an INTP and he appreciated your reasonings however he decided the video was too long and the point often lost. He switched to DavePowers. I prefer your videos as an INFJ female. Just a thought though. I could have roped his subscribe button in if brevity appeals to him.
How does this only have >3k views? Is it not the most critical question (which, essentially, the majority of people are seeking the answer to) in all this stuff? AKA: *Nailed* it!
I am not an ISFP after watching this video. I am not happiest as an ENTJ. I actually get very annoyed when I feel I have to control things. I am happiest when I play racing video games and I win. I am happiest when I go out dancing at the clubs. I love being competitive playing basketball. I love kicking butt at playing Mortal Combat. I am a female but I am masculine with my subconscious. I must be an INFJ in my ego and have an ESTP subconscious.
Lol, I'm an INTP so apparently I'm double feminine (INTP ego plus ESFJ subconscious). I don't know if INTPs can be feminine because they are such thinkers although I do see how Ne could be considered feminine. An INTP's Esfj subconscious is definitely feminine and I'm kind of embarrassed to use it tbh. It is enjoyable though because I love gossip and emotional stuff. My ENTJ unconscious is definitely masculine and I think I use it to be responsible and to take charge. I guess I'm relatively young when considering Jungian psychology (I'm 22), but I never really have any ISFP moments which is my superego. I don't think I ever use Fi or Se unless I'm really distressed. Lastly, I don't think there are many Intp males that become trans because I think most male to female transgenders are feeling types. I will say though that STPs and Estjs like to tell INTP males to "man up".
@@shreyasj61 Yeah, according to the video the subconscious is the key to happiness. I'm curious about the superego. Mine is the ISFP, but I'm not sure how this is used. By the way, you should watch the video on social compatibility for INTJs if you haven't. INTJs can do relationships, they just need a lot of freedom. The types that you are most compatible with will understand this.
Shreyas INTJ also, please explain what u mean by being psycho and being in your Super EGO? How have they worked together? What is being in the Super Ego like? Seeing if I can relate..
I have been following you since last fall and I can see God's hand work in your life with your works as you are doing a service for many with your ENTP Ne Hero vision. You are a miracle and are helping many people including myself through teaching that edifies. It's all about character. Awesome job man. Keep it up. -INTJ BTW, you really should read Emanuel Swedenborg or check out his content on "OffTheLeftEye" TH-cam channel on spirituality. He gets into deep metaphysics of spiritual warfare, namely how spirits influence us, and the like. You will like this, and along with Jungian Depth Psychology, you should combine the two! Your Ne Hero will have a field day and eat it up. I promise.
Is it possible for a drunk/tipsy INTJ (with moderation and in controlled circumstances) to better learn to delve into ESFP Subconscious, or is that a ludicrous notion?
30:41 - 31:20 You got me on the wisdom part. Perfectly said! In the Qur'an, Allah informs us of something quite similar to what you mentioned. I felt the urge to share this because you've demonstrated your alignment with your natural intellectual instincts. This is not something to be taken for granted, because many people would rather trade wisdom for fleeting material things.
You're very inspirational and I enjoy watching your videos. Above all, I highly appreciate your honesty and strong criticism of aspects of the human personality and life. Here's the verse:
He gives wisdom to whom He wills, and whoever has been given wisdom has certainly been given much good. And none will remember except those of understanding.
[AL-Baqarah, verse 269]
And here it is in Arabic for any fellow Arabic-speaking viewers:
یُؤۡتِی ٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ مَن یَشَاۤءُۚ وَمَن یُؤۡتَ ٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ فَقَدۡ أُوتِیَ خَیۡرࣰا كَثِیرࣰاۗ وَمَا یَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّاۤ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلۡأَلۡبَـٰبِ

Infp here. Thank you so much for all your hard work in sharing your knowledge to make us our best version of ourselves! I am addicted to your channel!
I was just thinking, the past few days, that this episode needed to exist so I could know more about the subconscious. And here it is!
You need to do a video on how you typed your cat, even if it’s just a couple minutes long. Because I just think that would make for an interesting video. I think my cat is ISTP lol
I think all dogs are ESFs. Prove me wrong.
@@rogerhuggettjr.7675 The husky is not extroverted.
Oh yeah that wand makes you look like a badass psychology wizard
thanks lol
Looks like Dumbledore's.

Looks like a Dark Wizard specializing in Legilimency & Occlumency for sure! LOL
BTW, thanks for doing the subconscious stuff. Not many popular MBTi/Jungian channels addressing the 4 subconscious cognitive stack. They always talk about the first 4.
I like how he discusses “calmly.”
I have lived in other countries and learned other languages - that itself didn't do much. But I would agree to the volunteering suggestion.
Just you wait for COVID related segregation. It’s a brave new world my friend
"I am triggering SO many people right now." just as I'm thinking about how much golden context you are weaving and value you are creating by doing so. Next video: breaking down the formulae to Cosmic Jokes.

I have actually a theory saying that social animals like dogs or horses do have MBTI types.
That’s so funny
Andria Sanders I totally agree! I feel more free and ready to take on any challenge - anything is possible.
Ok imma do myself a favor on that part...
thank you for your humility and yes read all the things.
Just the title of this...... UUUUGGHHHHH I'M SO EXCITED TO WATCH THIS VIDEO, DAAAAAAMN!!!!! 😍😍😍😍😍

This is my fave lecture from you! The point about how you wish your children to be is really your subconscious projecting was super insightful! ENTP
Thank you. My 39 years old ENFJ friend mentioned me the same thing as you did about humility very often. About gender energy I have to reconsider my grandmother as ENFJ instead of ESFJ because she always acts like a man. Respect you and everyone who develop my life.
Intermittent fasting also works wonders. I actually feel more balanced, skipping breakfast and only eating two meals per day.

3rd I went to season 4 in the middle of the video!
4th I am an INTJ from Chile, south america Hi!
I think for me my subconcious (ISTJ) is more feminine then my ego (ENFP). My ESTP superego is definitely masculine -not sure about INFJ shadow
32:17 I agree with this completely. It’s interesting as I (INFJ) have watched my attachment style change over time as I’ve developed my subconscious ESTP - because attachment styles aren’t necessarily fixed.
Can you do a series on development of individual cognitive functions, such as Se? I personally wanna learn how to practice Te as well.
5:30 - What is the Subconscious Mind/Anima/Animus
9:18 - Interaction styles
My mom is ENTP, not sure how that relates to how I feel like a “dude lady” sometimes.
triple feminine happens, even with a masculine ego.

I feel that the Inverse theory you mentioned is a master key.
Please correct me if I am wrong,

23:55 I am impressed with the amount of consideration you gave toward this open ended Te question. Very mature coming from Te - 6, my Te - 5 usually just worries internally...
“since type psychology isn’t technically a scientifically verified theory (yet) [yes i know psychology is a soft science since it is reliant on personal testimony in large part for its assessments of truth, unlike physics or chemistry] and that would be needed to show it is logically sound not just internally consistent (logically valid). Is there a statistical connection between interaction style gender and transgender percentage among a broad population?”
these are the kinds of questions I ask all the time with regard to depression, religion, drug usage, political affiliation, etc.

I like that you superimposed yourself from the actual video for the thumbnail.
Haha I typed one of my cats as an ESFJ, as well. She thrives on routines and loves everyone being together. Adorbs.
Best channel ever. I make all my friends take ur test now
Chase, thanks to me rewatching this video, and your uncconscios, critic and nemesis videos a few times, I have come to the conclusion that I was wrong when I previously assumed I was unconscious focused, and that I'm rather more likely to be subconscious or even ego focused.
You might get benefit from watching how to be the best version of an INTJ, it's part of the discover your Psyche bundle at www.csjoseph.life/intj
Gentle grammar reminder about "it's" vs "its". Will make the title look better.
Did he change it yet? As it’s is it is and doesn’t provide ownership while its does. The title currently says “its”, which is proper.
"Its" is actually correct, and you need to put your own period within the quotation.
Is it just us humans, or have we noticed them in primates or other animals?
looking forward for that unconscious video ^^

Well I haven't finished this lecture yet and I haven't done research into this subject yet but I def think your theory regarding anima/animas is more correct than the other. With what we now know about this Science, this theory so far makes the most sense and appears to dovetail nicely with the 4 sides of the mind. This would actually explain quite a lot and is fascinating to contemplate. I will do some research into this topic when I have some time; thanks for putting it on my radar.
My cat is an INTJ.
I like your comparison. How would you describe the superego?
St3llarMemer My conception of it is that it is either heaven or hell, depending on whether it is accessed through the subconscious or the unconscious. Directly accessing it through the ego doesn’t seem possible as far as I’m aware.
You know what I am saying ...😂😂😂 puts a smile on my face all the time

Ayyee!! Yes!! This season continues with another banger CS Joseph. I absolutely love this, these lectures always give me motivation to keep learning and growing. Keep this up my guy :)
And on the point of masculinity and femininity, It’s funny because before I knew of the masculine & feminine side of the mind theory, when I did some people watching of my own (Se parent habit), I’ve generally have noticed that starters and behind the scene types give of a more feminine “vibe” than the other two.
This is one of the most important lectures Chase has given. I am more inspired to overcome my fear of Fi inferior and turn it aspirational.
It's really enjoyable to master your inferior. Then you can really have fun. :)
So our ideas of thinkers being masculine and feelers being feminine comes from the 73 % sensor population
thanks bro
my sister is an ISTP and my god she is so manly, she tries so hard to hide it but when she gets angry its shows, and she gets angry alot.

Anything specific for an INFP to develop their subconscious?

@@CSJoseph Why do you suggest reading to develop the subconsious? I'm wondering how that works.
Yes, I’ve got se inferior and once someone insulted my haircut in front of the whole class and I legit acted like a woman
Dear Carolyn. This is available at csjoseph.life/members and watch Season 19
And ESFJs and ISFJs are the feminine version of that
Fantastic lecture as always.
This one is going to be good.

I like where this is all heading but I still think we’re missing something.
i do not think I agree with your original premise.
27:59 I don’t need to have faith in my ability to help people, I have evidence of my ability to help people externally but even if my attempts were unsuccessful, I still can find comfort knowing I tried.
faith is gullibility and is not the inverse of fear.
[ESFJ subconscious]
not necessarily true.
C.S. Joseph please explain for the class.
Ballet is also very good for self discipline, I recommend
Agree with the first theory. Every ISTP is very manly ,try to compete and theyre almost repulsed by your female side.
Goodness gracious sakes my subconscious needs help 😆 getting better structure on what it is and will be reaching out soon
How does this only have >3k views?
Is it not the most critical question (which, essentially, the majority of people are seeking the answer to) in all this stuff?
AKA: *Nailed* it!
love you so much Dolf Dervish.
You could be INFP/ESTJ
Shreyas hmm ok, I can also relate to feeling justified in hate, I can also relate to finding the wisdom to overcome it. Kudos to you.
@@shreyasj61 Right, that makes since because the vice of the INTP is apathy.
I have been following you since last fall and I can see God's hand work in your life with your works as you are doing a service for many with your ENTP Ne Hero vision. You are a miracle and are helping many people including myself through teaching that edifies. It's all about character. Awesome job man. Keep it up. -INTJ
BTW, you really should read Emanuel Swedenborg or check out his content on "OffTheLeftEye" TH-cam channel on spirituality. He gets into deep metaphysics of spiritual warfare, namely how spirits influence us, and the like. You will like this, and along with Jungian Depth Psychology, you should combine the two! Your Ne Hero will have a field day and eat it up. I promise.
Hmm, that’s interesting. Will follow. Thanks.
much appreciated
As an infp how do I develop Te inferior
Is it possible for a drunk/tipsy INTJ (with moderation and in controlled circumstances) to better learn to delve into ESFP Subconscious, or is that a ludicrous notion?
