I recently got to know I have iron deficiency anaemia (ferritin levels below 5). Im guessing that's what's causing me severe brain fog for a while now.. the worst part is I'm raising a 3.5 year old with this tough thank God its much easier than a year ago now that he's over 3.
I had no energy to run around with him and the present mind you need to be able to deal with a strong willed toddler

I actually had no idea about the connection between hormones and thyroid and brain fog. I’ve felt not like myself for a few years and like I can’t process well or fast enough and have more trouble focusing and like I get lost at times, and noticed a difference post Covid vaccine #2 but I’m not sure if I can attribute it towards that even though things started happening post I didn’t deal with or things I did deal with got worse. I have adhd, ocd and deal with anxiety and depression and suspect I may have autism. I also have been dealing with a hormone imbalance for over a decade and am hoping to finally get insurance again so I can go advocate for myself and get properly tested for my hormones and thyroid as I have a lot of the same symptoms seen in pcos and thyroid problems. I just wish I could fix this just navigating the world of hospitals is scary because I’ve dealt with not being listened to or demeaned before by those in healthcare and by people in general.

I read your post, I'm not sure what happened to you. I was once young like you and thought I was invincible and strong. I paid little or no attention to what I ate or possible nutrients missing from my body. Four years ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, meaning that your thyroid isn't producing
the T4 that your body needs. I have had brain fog , and exhaustion to the point I was to tired to do anything. Four years ago they put me on Levrothrin and nothing has changed. It wasn't until recently that I looked online and started to look at foods that affect the thyroid. I know you don't have a
thyroid problem but what I have found the last few days is how different foods we eat can effect our health. I'm just like you, how about a hamburger with cheese, or ice cream, or milk and how many pizzas could I eat, and how can we forget the impact bread products have on our health. Everybody wants
to keep eating the good stuff but it does us more harm than good. Most people don't know how dairy and bread products affect our bodies. People even when they know the effects these two still don't want to give them up. I'm not trying to diagnose your problem but dairy and bread wreck havoc on
the body. For the last week I stopped eating all dairy products and bread I feel so much better, has my thyroid condition changed hard to say. As I was looking into my thyroid condition I watched a lot of TH-cam to see what vitamins or minerals help the thyroid. I am now taking them and hopefully my
condition will improve. When listening to different doctors in regard to general health, they said 6o % of people are deficient in iron and vitamin D and they don't know it. It is amazing how a deficiency of a certain vitamins can wreck havoc on the body. Right now I'm taking specific vitamins for my thyroid,
a good starting point to improve your health is by taking magnesium, and zinc, which play a huge role in the function of our body. I also take Vitamin D, Vitamin C and a all in one B Vitamin. Your condition could because of the foods you eat and the vitamins your missing, or your problem could
be something completely different. Doing nothing will not change your situation you need to take charge of your body. I don't know if you have seen a doctor, you should make an appointment and have some blood labs done to see if they can isolate your problem. Life has taught me that if you go to
a doctor and you tell them your symptoms and they say get more sleep or just drink water then you know it is time to go another doctor. You have to advocate for yourself, some doctors have been doing this so long there just going through the motions. If you aren't getting the answers you're looking
for or they seem indifferent to your problems get a different doctor, somebody that is willing to dig in and find out what is wrong with you. If they can find out what is wrong with you get on the internet and listen to different doctors and get their take about what is going on with you. Food or lack
of specific vitamins maybe be playing a role in your illness get online and find out. I can't believe I forgot to mention sugar, it is heck on the body like pop, donuts, juices like orange juice have a lot of sugar and do impact your health. You are your own best doctor, you know your body better than anybody
else, take charge of your health and not dismiss what is going on in your life right now. If you don't don't do it nobody else will. We have talked about your physical health, how about your spiritual health. When I was your age I was involved with all sorts of women and sex and trying to find happiness.
How can we forget the lust for money and hate and rage towards people. God in his love and mercy put Christians in my path every where I went. Everywhere I went a Christian would pop up, I didn't want anything to do with them, God, Church and the Bible. God let me come to end of myself I
had tried it all, long story, and with nowhere to turn I humbled myself before God and confessed my sin and repented of it, and asked Jesus to be my Lord and Savior. After walking away the power of God hit me, all my sins were washed away, he gave me a new heart and a new mind, he was changing me
from the inside out. He gave me peace, joy and the Holy Spirit and eternal life. If I was God I would not have chosen me. Has He been speaking to you through circumstances or people sharing the gospel with you and you failed to respond and turned your back on Him? To save sinners God sends the
Holy Spirit to draw you closer to God and convict you of your sins. God wants to know you and have you experience his love, mercy and grace through the death of His Son who was crucified for the sins of the world. Our sins separate us from God, ever since the fall in the Garden of Eden every generation
has been stained by sin. It is through the life and death of Jesus on the cross and His shedding of his sinless blood are we washed clean. Do you love your sin, then keep on sinning, If your tired of your sin and the things you do give your life to God. Maybe you think you are a good person, the Bible
says, "There is not one righteous not one." Maybe you think your good works will save you, the Bible says, "Our good works are like filthy rags before God." The only thing you can contribute to your salvation is your sin. Maybe your thinking God won't hear me if I pray to him. The Bible says, Call on me and I
will be found." It is an either or proposition, God either exists or doesn't exist, the only way you will know if you call out to Him and save you from not only yourself but will wash you clean of all your sins. The Book of Romans says, "For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in
your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For one believes with the heart and so is justified, and one confesses with the mouth and so is saved". Whether you know it or not we are not in the end times but the last days before the coming of Jesus and the Rapture. What is going on in
the Middle East concerns us all, we're all waiting for the other shoe to drop. When we look back at what is going on now in the Middle East it will look like a picnic in the park. The Jews are God's people, they are his time clock, the clock started ticking when Israel became a state in 1948. The world hates
the Jews and wants to wipe them off the face of the planet. But God is going to intervene when they are about to be annhilated and the Jews will know that he is God. I have attached a movie made a long time ago called "The Gathering", it is more relevant today than ever. You don't want to be left
      behind. th-cam.com/video/R6TZzDOo5Tk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=vFduqFY7ITwN86ej
