Whats the business structure of this business? It has great social impact with the free offerings and programming in general. I’m opening a mixed concept photo studio as well w/ a social impact focus…I considering either structuring the business as a new L3C structure or convert my current LLC.

I'm an ex speciality coffee barista and hybrid Wedding /lifestyle portrait photographer.
(the Canberra brand I worked with invented the OCD/NCD spinny coffee distributor he used)
This speaks to me in a big way.
I'm calling out his basic b La Marzocco machine for no reason than to be a jerk too.
Every amazing Canberra cafe had these 15 years ago (I'm kidding they're good workhorses like an old 5diii)
