      i respectfully disagree with your statement. Vale is (by far) much greater than MJ and MSC combined. don't get me wrong, they were really great. but Vale is a rockstar.
      as some mentioned above, it's almost impossible to win with an inferior equipment.
      Vale did it in his first race on the inferior yamaha, against his rival, on the much faster honda (where vale came from). remember that at that time, he was being criticized for "winning in a honda". so, he said, ok, give me the yamaha, i'll beat you anyway.
      and he did.
      in the first race.
      but vale is more than that. he is a franchise by himself. when you watch the races, almost half of the grandstands are covered by the yellow and the 46. he even had his own tribune in all the tracks in the entire calendar.
      in my respectful opinion, he achieved greater things than maybe most of the sportmen in the history. maybe you can compare him with Fangio (an artist who we were not even born to watch him race and understand his greatness)

    • @fsufredy80
      @fsufredy80 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@parajuanjo well.. like i said Valentino Rossi is nothing but great. He proved to the world that he can be a winner with any team that he wants it to be.. he even tried Ducati and he was still doing good. At moto Gp he is the face of that sport for years to come. My point is on other sport we have that type of a person too.. MJ is still the face of NBA regardless Le Bron is also doing great and being the greatest on NBA is not easy too and if you are a fan of Jordan you will see that this guy is different just like Vale, Muhammad Ali, Pele or Maradona, Schumacher or Hamilton, Tiger woods, and some other fella that I think just one of a kind... again this is coming from true vale fans and Yamaha rider too. :)

    Valentino was one of 3 massive Motorsport heroes of mine Michael Schumacher is my first, Rossi is my 2nd and Colin McRae was my 3rd when I was growing up
    Rossi was so special on any bike that he rode and he had to fend off a lot of competition in his prime years
    Still to this day Rossi is one of my heroes I consider him to be my 2nd favourite racer of all time behind the great Michael Schumacher
    And we all know Rossi loved Colin McRae
