Pretty good video. Makes it look simple. Thanks
Great video and instruction. Thanks!
Don’t forget the put on the spacer, torque all bolts, top off transmission fluid, then get an alignment.
Great instructions!
Probably need to top off the Dextron 6, cause some leaked out. Seems to always happen on the driver side 😅
Question, I’ve just had my two CV axles replaced and my transmission rebuilt but now when I drive, it sounds like something is rubbing together and the drive does not feel smooth. What do you think you could be?
Man that is some shit take it back to mecanic
Anyone know roughly how much transmission fluid is lost doing this?
Hi!!, I had to add half a quart.
@@luckysdiygarage only a half? Mine lost around 2qt 🤔
@awdtsi93 o dam really yeah for this vehicle only alil bit over half a quart came out..
I seen everyone using air tools in the last videos, and I was wondering can I do it with power tools. I guess I can.
No alignment required?
Not for the CV axle shaft change .
Yes it is, their is adjustment in the strut to knuckle. If you take it off at the ball joint then no.
The caliper doesn't need to come off.
It doesn't but it gives you more room to work.
