I did that with my Ragnorok build and my samurai armor on Poly Plastics channel. I have some more ideas for this plague/cyborg character that would be cool.

Good suggestion, it looks a lot like the Psycho mask from borderlands with different overlays. Possible template conversion build. ADD IT TO THE LIST.

How to make this without foam? Foam is incredibly expensive (like hundreds per square meter) and wood is cheaper
Don't know where you are getting your foam from but it's not hundreds per square meter. In terms of building material it is pretty cheap.

Before I had a channel I actually made an Arkham Knight helmet. I followed a tutorial off of Xieng Prod of TH-cam. He has some awesome tutorials.
