      유리그릇에 장갑에 찌끅찌꾹 하는 소리나 비닐 소리 같은 소리는 좀 더 줄여보는 것도 좋을 것 같아용!

    안녕하세요 레시피보고 바람떡 만들어보려고하는데 보관은어떻게 하면 되나요?? 당일은 그냥 먹고 안먹을거면 냉동실 보관하면되나여??

    물 160 넣었더니.반죽이.아니라 그냥 쌀물?이 되었어요/직접 뮬에 불려 갈은 쌀가루 썼긴한데요

    영상 잘보았습니다.궁금한게있어서요.반죽할때 이미 설탕25g을 넣었는데 찔때 면보위에 설탕을 골고루 뿌리는이유가있을까요?그리고 어느정도의양을 골고루뿌려야하는지요.

      Buy regular rice flour and mix with salt. Add 100g of rice flour to 1g of salt.
      If you have purchased dried rice flour for sale, you can add 50% more water than the recipe. :)

    물을 너무 많이 넣어서 한덩이가 되어버렸다면 되돌릴 수 없나요??ㅠㅠ

      추가 가루가 있으시면 가루를 추가하시는게 가장 좋은 방법이예요 :)

      7-8시간 정도 불려서 물빼서 방앗간 가져가서 소금 넣어서 빻아달라 하시거나, 사전에 전화로 파는게 있는지 확인 후 가서 빻아놓은거 사서 쓰셔도 되요. 소금 넣었는지 물어보시구요 :)

      쌀가루 기준 100g-->소금 1g 넣으시면되어요
      방앗간 사장님들이 알아서 잘넣어주세요~~^^

    선생님 떡 쪄서 치대 비닐에 넣고 작업하던중에 아기가울어 조금씩 쉬어도 반죽이 금방 안굳는지 여쭤보고싶어요 ! 좋은영상 감사합니다
