I have more energy when I eat less meat. I also have more energy when I eat later in the day, but not too late. I like to get as much protein as possible from plants or its derivatives, such as nuts and nut based products. That could change, as I get older. #2024 #Heath #Nutrition
I am confused with these different advise
Too many eggs. Who can eat so many eggs in a day?
That's how many you'd eat if you ate ONLY eggs, but you eat other things.

Always consult a Doctor especially the Kidney Doctor too much potassium and protein is not good for Kidneys.
Why would it matter?

Hello!!! That’s what I’m talking about. I have some fish every now and then. The trace elements (iron and zinc, selenium) and so on can be obtained through some supplements. Also she is not telling you that too much meat causes acid to increase in the body. I’m seeing a reverse of what I have been taught by naturopathic doctor friends and during health ministry at my church. Eggs raise cholesterol only slightly BUT egg promote arteriosclerosis. Dr. Pamplona-Roger M.D. cited a study from 1996 by Levy and others that showed consuming two eggs a day for 3 weeks increased oxidation of plasma lipoproteins basically hardening of the arteries which can lead heart disease. Every now and then should be the advice. I would not be eating 19 eggs a day. No way. Eggs white is better than the yolks. And avoid eating fried eggs.
Bariatric doctors and nutritionist say the high protein low carb is key to weight loss .. but it gets boring

Terrible advice. If you want to be the healthiest and look younger than your age, the best diet to have is a plant based one. 🌷
