I enjoyed the new moves (the hold) and this workout, thank you! You are very flexible - might you consider doing videos where you guide us to help us with our flexibility as well? Maybe sneaking it into the 'normal' workouts. I feel like flexibility will help so much with a lot of the moves, especially when doing leg circles (in other videos) and those type of moves. Either way, I really love your videos and recommend them to anyone saying they want to start exercising at home.

I used to wear shoes for the workouts with weights but id get messages that ppl get scared if they see me in shoes 😜 and skip the workout so yes 🙂
