I just recently bought an A3R, I love the playability, the SRT63 pickup (very natural sounding by the way) and the solid wood construction. Very nice, I'm very proud to own it.

Hi, I had the A3R shipped to me here in Africa. Mine came with the original YAMAHA case. But I think that would depend on where you buy. Some shops offer better cases and some dont add any case at all. For the best free Hardshell case for your YAMAHA a series guitar.. I would recommend you check out "sweetwater.com", or "Guitar center".. Even better pls check out" kraft music" because they add other free accessories such guitar strap, picks, extra strings, string winder etc.

That's the A3R all solid wood. (Solid Sitka Spruce Top paired with Solid Indian Rosewood back and sides, one piece solid mahogany neck with ebony fretboard, ebony bridge, and synthetic bone nut and saddle, and the S.R.T pickup and preamp system).

i legit just ordered the A1M today and it DOES NOT come with ANY case of any kind. not a hard case. not a soft "case". nothing except a guitar ready to be played.... just a cardboard box the guitar is shipped in and the guitar itself. nothing more, nothing less. would be cool af if at least came with a cheap soft "case" though

Paul Hebert Where it’s build doesn’t necessarily discern quality. It’s all solid wood and built quite well.
