Almost gave up on my boomkin dream till a week or so ago I copied your build from the armory and started smoking fools. Got my first ever 1B damage done in an epic BG (ty Starfall) thanks for the guides (:
I dont like how squishy boomkin is and how poorly he performs in 1v1 most of the time but thats the only spec I enjoy playing the most. No matter how many other classes I try I always come back to my boomie.
looking forward to the rework coming up. really hope they address our survivability. i was a TANK in dragonflight comparitively. Really feels bad that our primary defensive was nerfed (frenzied rejuv) which felt hella unfair because we had to sac damage to use it anyway....
Really this just shows us the power of the warlock dmg since we all know starfall build is just a meter builder, playing starfall makes us just a walking cc battery since our dmg becomes just too spread out while starsurge builds do more impactful dmg but even then everything is useless because our defensiveness is utter trash compared to everyone else’s so we have to pray for healer to carry us or enemies to completely ignore us, warlock dmg is bananas though lol
I was happy about the damage buff in the last update to some of our abilities but I agree the lack of defense we have is so bad. I have never felt squishier than as a balance but it's the one I want to play the most. I just have to accept the fact I'm going to die a lot more playing this spec.

does race really matter for boomkin gladiator? I have my zandalari troll and I want to do pvp but I really don't wanna change race though.

IMO if you are at the point of just getting into PVP then racial doesn't really matter

Starfall is a joke. Nerf it already. 1,000,000 ticks I saw in a BG.
Who cares, it’s just meter padding. Nobody is dying of starfall and boomies are basically an auto-kill if you focus them.
Padding meters don't mean shit when one look at a boomie and they flop over, not to mention single target is complete ass.
