Pipal a was a hero of the War of Independence from Spain. When one uses the term revolution is generally used for the Mexican Revolution starting 1910.

Howdy Laura. Loving your videos. Mexican Independece kind of started in Guanajuato in 1810. Revolution started a century later in 1910. Two different episodes in Mexico. Do you think theres another place in the USA or elsewhere with the same bohemian kind of ambiance/vibe? I love this city my dream was to study journalism at the legendary Universidad de Guanajuato and rented an old apartment with a fireplace in one of those old streets in alleys. Pretty bohemian but i couldnt make my dream come true.

This video reminded me of my adolescent years. I wanted to study journalism there at the University of Guanajuato and rented an old apartment with a fire place in one of the many allys found there. To decorate it so bohemian and a bit hipster. I couldnt find place. They limitate spaces for those students who are not from Guanajuato. I did studied journalism but somewhere else. I love Guanajuato because of its bohemian vibe. I love to wonder at night when fog comes down. It makes you feel in Europe.

Guanajuato is fantastic. Beautiful colonial style architecture, little narrow winding streets through the hills, gorgeous! Museos de las momias is a must do. Creepy and a bit macabre but fascinating nonetheless.
