    What a great way to do patch work. I can never seem to get the seams to line up, but like this is doesn't matter, thanks for showing us.

    Always loved the look of crazy patchwork. Your method seems so simple, yet not for everyone. I adore your talent and eye for color . Your use of fabric and decorative stitches combine into a work of art. It seems like fun and though my color sense is not even close to artistic I want to play and see what happens. Thank you for the time you took to put this out.It is appreciated ...HUGS to you and all at the shop :)

    Absolutely LOVED this ! You're so very entertaining & creative ! I've always been hindered by thinking about bias,colour,selvage, seam allowance , $4000.00 machine ( that I don't have ) perfection & all that rubbish I can't grasp. It all squashed my bliss. You are having such fun allowing this quilt to make itself . That's the key ingredient I have been missing ! Bravo ! Thank you ! ♥

    I am getting quite addicted to your crazy quilt videos every time I watch them I notice something else. I am now about to start my first attempt at crazy quilting for my daughter. Would love to visit your shop hoping to do so in the next few weeks. It looks just as inviting as a sweet shop but with no calories!! I like the way instructions are to be read rather than being talked at. Would love to meet Maureen too she is so natural. Keep up the good work :)

    It reminds me of being in a plane that's taking off and looking down on all the odd shaped fields of the countryside from above. Beautiful!

    This is the first video that I've watched of yours and I am very impressed. I made my first block yesterday using the traditional way of piecing. I had NO idea that I can just fold the seams and use decorative stiches on the top as you go. Thank you so much for sharing this, it was VERY helpful and I'll be trying it tonight. BEAUTIFUL!! Now, wouldn't it just be a DREAM machine if not only could you choose different stitches for piecing together, but be able to change to any color of thread with a touch of a button as well! Maybe someday in the future machine makers will invent such a thing! We will keep dreaming for it! haha

    this is great, fabulous colour & design. Unfortunately not for me, I have a fairly vintage machine & could never afford all the thread & new fabric. Great video.

    Fabulous quilting - really love your colour combos. Was wondering if this is all one type/weight of fabric or whether you mix it up? So far I've only stuck to cotton.

    What thread type do you use? I want to try a quilt with decorative snitches.

      do u use rayon embroidery thread?

    • @user-eq9nh9sl8k

      Hi for some reason you are asking me about the thread. I asked but never got a reply from person making video.
      Guess it would be anything you like there is many fancy decorative threads out there.

    • @judyga100
      @judyga100 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I use rayon embroidery thread.

    • @user-eq9nh9sl8k
      @user-eq9nh9sl8k 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Colorful thread, I might try the rayon. Past sewing always sew with cotton but now I have a fancy machine and would like to dress up my stitches and do something different. One day might get the hang of quilting my machine but for now I'm looking for an easy way to do things and have great results.

    I think i'd prefer the proper way also. This ideas takes a lot of time and a lot of thread and the result is not that so much better than the old school way. I'm from Malaysia and have a great day ahead.
