I inherited so many buttons, zippers, trim and all types of crafting stuff from my grandmother when she passed and i have been the dumping zone for everyone with unwanted crafts. I finally came up with an idea to incorporate them all into one giant quilt and i am excited to get started. Thank you for your inspiration.
I've been watching lots of TH-cam crafters and artists and love their creations however this really speaks to me. Old broaches, single earrings, bits of handbags, hats etc all have a charm and now I can bring them together out of the drawer to be seen and enjoyed. My in-between Christmas and New Year project. Thank you so much for this.

that part about how much harder it is to do a typical square quilt getting all the squares to match is so real. its counterintuitive that something simpler can take much more skill but you have to be so precise bc any mistake will be obvious. ive never made a quilt im just an illustrator lol i have a ton of respect for people who are good at clean line art

Yes l use lots fortune ms in my start still do for years be it a quilt papers arts📚 journals when fud years ago wood burn 🤯🧠to who not h a.c ve the artistic mind set. They need to go off the beaten path to get to this as l do on regular basis can what you over & over. Keeps he juice flowing when l belive well run dry health issues 🤑on tight buget space limited tool fabrics threads limited yet my creativity is not l hot a a long way to go & a shot time ti get there being if my age health . Th🤗nks for the creativity energy booster 💉to kick in after l well needed rest after thus weekends Moderna booster💉😷😇✌🖖creative 🤘never quilt if so pass it on.
