I think another thing worth noting is that the exercise should be what our body is capable of doing in a short amount of time. Doing extra sets with somewhat bigger rest in between doesn't benefit as much but insteads takes some of your precious time. It's important to find the benefit between that and aim to finisht the work out in 30-45 minutes and 1 hour Max

I would like to mention the fact that all that muscle aint gonna do anything if you dont know how to use it so i would highly recommend to preform as many Calisthenics skills as possible as often as possible

Having muscle though is functional in general, what’s useless about being able to lift heavy, a function we might need every now and then or often? Sure calisthenics helps with a different function to bodybuilding but neither is ‘useless’ as you and some others seem to believe, as skill is important but pure strength can be crucial in many situations.

Thanks for this video everything is true on what I have of knowledge i just wanna add smt for reps and set 1. To get Strength as you said low reps with more set. the weight you put on must be between 80 and 90% of your maximum weight that you can lift/push/pull in one rep 2. For Power (building muscle) as you said more reps and less set BUT you have to do the reps correctly which mean you can’t take all your time for one rep just as the Strength but you have to put some speed in it depend one why you do. The weight you put on must be between 80-70% of the maximum weight you can do in one rep Strength only care about being strong and durable Power care about being strong (less than strength) and speed
so it's basically: 1. Cardio 2. Legs 3. Rest 4. Push AND Pull in one day (crazy) 5. Cardio 6. High intensity Cardio 7. Arms, calves and neck You won't be getting much strength but definitely a bunch of stamina.

Depends on your goal. Mental clarity, muscle mass, or losing weight. Ideally, you are eating unprocessed foods. Stuff like fruits and nuts, meat etc... eating foods that are as natural as possible is important helping your body get the nutrition it needs. Foods that are packaged and processed rarely have anything good for you. And the lack of nutrition will lead to health problems, as well as cognitive decline. Processed foods are for those who don't care about the state of their body. That doesn't mean you can't have treats or other packaged goods sometimes. Just be weary, and know what you are doing to your body - even if you can't feel it in the moment.
If you learn to do calisthenics... stuff life pushups, dips, squats, pull-ups etc... then you'd never need to train abs. We use our abs in activities every day, so as long as your body fat percent is low enough, you will see them. that's why theres the saying "abs are made in the kitchen". Because everyone has them, we just have to much body fat to see them.
