Being a fellow TH-camr, I can sympathize with how easy it is to make that mistake. So many times I have done similar things. In art, Ross called them. Happy accidents. But when you’re cutting some thing, it’s not quite so happy. Sharing them on TH-cam is golden. Thanks!
I feel as though I am watching myself on video!! 😂 Also we have the same taste in furniture! I had that table when my kids were small and I put their toys that they played with more so it would be easy clean up!
Hahaha I don't know whether to say I'm glad you can relate, or whether I should feel sorry that you can relate with my drama hahaha. I have some board games and spare cups and glasses etc in the chest/table. For me it's great for stuff that I don't use often.
Oh Lora!! Maybe you can pin the paper to the fabric then it won’t move round as you cut it. Love the new fabric though.
It's shocking isn't it haha! I've started on the pillowcase and (spoiler alert) I did indeed use pins this time! Hahaha

It's sad not to use my granddad's shirt, but actually I think the new fabric is actually better.... So maybe a happy accident after all haha
You are still doing a better job than I would have done! I would have given up ages ago!
Thank you! I'm so gutted that I can't use my granddad's shirt fabric, but I'm hopeful that the pillowcase will look good.... Eventually hahaha

I’m glad to relate! It means there is hope for me and my art! Lol 😊
@wendybechtel6339 There is always hope.... Even for us haha 😉
You should have waited till you were no longer bummed out. 😂
