I love how this shows just how small some of these levels are when you bypass the puzzles to get to exits. Sometimes the end level trigger is like! right there!! and it's very cool to see the game run in this way.

Everybody who uses game shark, a peripheral which was connected in an especific slot right behind PS1 first versions (and got his software version for PS1 emulators for computers), knows that you can put many codes into it and completely change Lara's abilities like giving her flying powers, climbing skills that she simply doesn't have when you play without any cheats, super jumps and so on. In conclusion, there's nothing here, in this assumed "speedrun", that can be praisable in terms of TR1 performance.
Besides that, he starts the game with all itens. What's funny about finishing a game without any effort to search for and find all the stuffs you need to solve the puzzles?
