Good video dude! I'm flying with Eurowings on a long-haul route in December. Mauritius-Cologne and Cologne-Mauritius :) I booked SMART - the whole thing cost me 650€, absolute bargain. It's gonna be my first time ever in Europe :) So hyped about it haha
Since i am a Oneworld traveller i will not be trying Eurowings , but is nice to see that they do offer a good product for a low cost concept from Lufthansa. Because behind all this is Lufthansa.

Musste schon über den Satz "unser beliebtes Tarifkonzept ... auf die Langstecke übertragen" schmunzeln. Die Preisdifferenzierung nimmt hier unangenehme Züge an. Ein Frage hätte ich aber noch: Wird auch im Basic Tarif Wasser kostenlos nachgeschenkt? - Danke!
Hallo, ich bin für den Flug EW130&131 gebucht und habe dort Plätze am Notausgang (Reihe 30). Hast du da was von mitbekommen, wie die beschaffen sind? Lohnt sich das Upgrade auf die besseren Sitze für 50,-€ pro Platz? Würde mich freuen, wenn du Informationen für mich hast!
Die Sitze sind ok was Beinfreiheit angeht. Sind halt direkt an den Toiletten gelegen. Das könnte gerade Nachts etwas stören. Die vorderen Sitze für 50€ extra haben nur ein paar cm mehr und sind eben vorne in der Kabine. Wenn es euch um die Beinfreiheit geht würde ich den Sitz behalten. Wenn du die Plätze der Best Kabine meinst, dann sind diese ohne Frage besser.
Gibt ja auch noch die Stufe zwischen Holzklasse und Best, die für Smart-Reisende 50,-€ Aufpreis kosten würden. Aber Toilette.. Naja gut, dann bau ich auf meine Kopfhörer :) Danke für die schnelle Rückmeldung!

Ich bin ebenfalls für die o.g. Flüge gebucht und mich wurde interessieren, ob man die äußeren Sitze (41 AB/HK) komplett zurückfahren kann ? Du bist im Video bei ca 13:45 beim aussteigen daran vorbeigegangen. Tolles Video und Liebe Grüße Dennis

Never ever ever going to travel Eurowings ever again. Plane was 1 hour late to depart and that hour was spent sitting it the cabin. No apologies what so ever. Furthermore at the arrival at our destination antalya, turkey our suitcase was missing. It has now been a solid 5 days nothing from the airline. Fairly pathetic. Anyone got any good advice to further advance this in the media? As I've read some reviews online and it seem I'm not the only one
Drei Gründe: schlechte Erfahrungen insbesondere in Sachen Complaint Management (da wird gelogen und vertuscht, aber vom aller feinsten), aber auch generell allgemeines Branchenverständnis, sowie Insider-Informationen. 10 Jahre dilettantisches Misswirtschaften muss irgendwann bestraft werden und nun ist es ja soweit. Plane noch ein Video zu machen, komme aber zeitlich im moment nicht dazu.
Bin bisher sehr häufig mit Lufthansa gefolgen und wurde immer top bedient, gab es nichts auszusetzen- aber manchen kann man es eben auch nicht rechtmachen. Und an Bord von Billigflügen- Sorry aber was erwartet man...
oh well i flew with aireurpoa and iberia and everyona got a meal and breakfast included into the price....(around £500 ) quiet cheeky to charge extra for a meal for a flight that costs £500 plus and the duration is 10 h or more.....
Surprised you have to pay for your food, even it's not always that good. Never had been paying for food or to watch films etc.. will be my first time flying with eurowings this year. For a 12 hour flight you would think this is included in the price of your ticket

There operation is much more stable now and delays less frequent. And you are right; for the very low price - service is pretty reasonable!

Jedem Recht machen kann man es sowieso nie, das stimmt. Wer Eurowings fliegt weiß was er bekommt und das ist dann auch gut gemacht, wie ich finde.
Glaubt ihr an ein überleben der Azur air deutschland?

Never had problems with airberlin although they are in some financial bad weather.
Sorry but I flew with them about 12 times total and it was always very good. So to call it the worst airline might be a bit wrong
