Unfortunately I can't share your enthusiasm for Dreamliner, in my opinion the worst of the long haul airliners. Much prefer 777 or airbuses. Unfortunately I just can't avoid them on at least one leg of flights to Asia unless I split between airlines.

It is legal, But you think not

Never ever ever going to travel Eurowings ever again. Plane was 1 hour late to depart and that hour was spent sitting it the cabin. No apologies what so ever. Furthermore at the arrival at our destination antalya, turkey our suitcase was missing. It has now been a solid 5 days nothing from the airline. Fairly pathetic. Anyone got any good advice to further advance this in the media? As I've read some reviews online and it seem I'm not the only one

my first flight on a 747 was in Feb.1970. It was actually the first Lufthansa 747 flight. The Chicago-Frankfurt flight was the return trip of the first flight. Needless to say I was scared stiff when I saw the plane. But what a great experience. That was still a great time to be flying, not like today.

Why does it need a "technical" stop in Milan? It certainly has the range to fly Frankfurt to Omman direct. Easy peasy for an A330. It's more likely a 5th freedom stop.

I think Austrian business class -- especially the service and food -- is among the best in the World. That 2-2-2 configuration, though, is really not idea. If I paid 5000 EUR I defintely do not want anybody climbing over me or having to climb over anybody. I just flew VIE-SFO on Austrian in business class, and the stretch from VIE-ORD had a plane (763) configured with 1-2-1. That is much bettter, IMO.

Music?

That experience looked great! Definitely would like to try Austrian after seeing this. The cabin looked bright and comfortable and the scenery over Greenland spectacular. Food looked great and an onboard chef like with Turkish is a bonus.

Hab den 12 h Flug München-Cancun gebucht und wusste bis eben nicht, was mich erwartet und habe mal mit dem Schlimmsten gerechnet, immerhin scheinen sie nicht mit den innereuropäischen Maschinen zu fliegen, wie ich befürchtet habe. Schon irgendwie traurig, wenn man die Kosten Tarife und Kosten für sämtliche Services in so einem Video schnell findet als auf der Eurowings homepage oder irgendwo sonst... Musste schon über den Satz "unser beliebtes Tarifkonzept ... auf die Langstecke übertragen" schmunzeln. Die Preisdifferenzierung nimmt hier unangenehme Züge an. Ein Frage hätte ich aber noch: Wird auch im Basic Tarif Wasser kostenlos nachgeschenkt? - Danke!

Hi, I have taken Turkish before several times. I love their food, on board service and Flight Attendants. But more than a few times, I have had my luggage lost, ripped apart, cancelled flight reservations, rude agents at IST who gave me a hard time on my luggage allowance, not understanding the terms of my business class ticket for extra allowance on weight and demanded that I pay or take things out of my bag and leave it behind. So, I want to tray Austrian going to BKK from Europe. I have a option of Thail, LH, Swiss which I do not like their crew and of course TK. I want to try Austrian and have never tried them, but the only choices of the single seats are 7A or 7K or I must pay an additional 200 Euro for the other personal privacy seats as they call it. What do you think? Should I take Austrian and take 7A or 7K or should I go for another seat? I am traveling alone. Thanks, AlanLouganis@yahoo.com
