Hey guys! Some days ago I flew with the new A330-200 of Eurowings from Cologne (CGN) to Hamburg (HAM). The aircraft was operated on this route because of crew-training. My seat was 32K and as you can see the occupancy rate on this flight was very low, so I could film the rear part of the cabin.

Super Trip Report. Toll mit der Air Berlin im Landeanflug. Produkte über das Touchdisplay habe ich auch noch nie gesehen. Díe Beinfreiheit sieht wirklich sehr beschränkt aus. Der hellblaue Akzent an der Flügelspitze gefällt mir.

Super Tripreport! Bin am gleichen Tag mit dem Bomber geflogen, mit dem späteren Flug. Da waren jedoch keine Flachen mehr in den Sitzen.. :D Was man im Video auch gut hört und was mich persönlich total genervt hat, war das Geknartsche von den Sitzen. Bei einem 11h Flug in den Urlaub wäre das ja kaum aushaltbar.

Assuming they sold 390 tickets from HAM to PMI and just have to fly the a330 to HAM then there would have been no point in using an a330

Is there AC power (USB) in every seat?

That's exactly what i'm searching for because on my flight i have to pay extra for the seat and i need to know where/how the USB port is positioned. I had no luck so far :-( Please let me know whatever you found out. My flight is by AirBerlin from Tegel to Miami, and i believe it's the same type of plane. Please tell me anything you found out! Why using an A330-200 for such a short flight?
Yes but Emirates only operates 777s and A380s, while EuroWings owns a lot of A320 which would be much more suited to this flight.
On top that, the flight you mentioned is probably done because Emirates flies Dubai to Larnaca via Athens, so on the way back they do Larnaca-Athens-Dubai
Same exact thing. Dubai to Athens is a big rute for them (but not so big to operate it with an A380) and Larnaca is spot where you can pick up some extra passengers, while also providing a connection to Cyprus.
And in any chase, Emirates wouldn't have any other possibility. As i said, they only operate 777s and A380s, so on this less crowded routes they use the smallest plane they have, the 777 (yeah it sounds weird but it's true actually. And that is good indication of how big Emirates is)
Crew training! Airlines do this quite often when a new model is introduced to the fleet. Lately you could fly ZRH-PRG with a 777 on swiss airlines or Lufthansa operates flights from HAJ-MUC with their new A350.
