- How much longer do we have to wait for some warmer weather?..Well into April now and longing for some warm sunshine...Getting fed up of waiting !!..Don't be fooled by the blue skies on this video...cold and windy.

Sure looks like spring has sprung!! Lovely walk, lovely area, and lovely weather!! Yes, we do are still feeling like the wind is coming right off an iceberg!! But the grass is growing and will soon need to be mowed! Yuck! lol
That reminds me,,, my grass is getting out of hand...oh well a job for the weekend
Nice spring flowers Steven, we seem to be getting less than two hours sunshine a day at best. Rain, rain, rain, all our footpaths are waterlogged atm. You seem to have caught the best of it 👍

Ah Spring. I remember it well. Tho this isn't the weather I'm used to seeing in your videos, it's more the weather I've been seeing out my window since Easter...rain, rain and more rain.
Surely this wind and rain cannot go on for much longer....this was filmed during a very rare bright day...bloody cold though.

As long as I can remember Easter fortnight has more often than not been nicer than the poor summers we have had....I am moving to Yorkshire cos all it did was tiddle it down last Sunday in the Peak District😢...Nice vid you two...Cheers Les.🙂👍

Spring should be stepping up a gear from now on...in a few weeks we will be moaning about the heat.
I know Stephen the weather is awful. I’m afraid these high winds are the new normal. Winter is now warm and wet. It does deal a blow to the mental health especially to we whose main enjoyment is to be on the mountains and camp. Thanks for another video. You are cranking them out mate!
Thanks Pete...The weather used to get me down, but lately i have realised that it is what it is..i still get out walking so it's no big deal, but you must be pulling your hair out [ whats left of it ] when you plan a camp and the weather stops play...fingers crossed it improves soon.

It's a walk along the Chesterfield canal from Thorpe Salvin to Shireoaks..highly recommended.

How lucky you are to live up north, lovely spring day’s wandering amongst the daffodils, not a care in the world. Down souff it’s bloody wet, windy and totally miserable 😡 I even noticed you’ve acquired a bit of a tan. Just wished you’d stop rubbing our noses in our misery of poor shite weather.
Yes we are lucky to live up here, but the weather is no better than yours down in Essex...its not all about wandering amongst Daffodils, sometimes i Tip toe through the Tulips..As for the tan.!!i can only afford to use soap 3 times a week, we are not as well off as you down souff.
