Everytime she finishes cooking and presents the dish to the viewers, I just smile. Maybe its because I know the feeling of having cooked something turn out so beautiful :) and I guess its also because she has this ”mom who will cook your favorite meals” vibe going on and I feel all warm inside.

This recipie is very similar to Hong Kong style chow mein, except the noodles are not fried until they become stiff. IMHO, the crispy noodles make the meal a little more pleasing to eat (or at least a little more fun), so I recommend it!
