A lot of derms will say separate niacinamide serums aren't necessary. Niacinamide is put into a lot of skincare products already. So if you're using products with niacinamide, you're probably getting the 2-5% already.
Yes, I have my teenage daughter use 5% niacinamide a few times a week for sebum control and inflammation.
