Great Cook.... I just did a Chicken Teriyaki with Broccoli ... last night... Use fresh Broccoli and just steam it every 2-3 minutes on 35 past the hour... It came out crunchy and still cooked and the dish was amazing...
My daughter always loved fresh broccoli from my dad's garden...as a toddler, she would just take bites off of the broccoli bush. My dad would come out to pick the heads, and find the bite marks!🤣 Much love to ya both, from Micanopy/Whachoota!🤪

I love making beef and broccoli it is absolutely amazing and what I do is add the rice wine vinegar with my rice every time so that does suck you did not have any but now you know for next time LOL hope all is well have a great weekend

I made something very similar a couple of weeks ago and it was so incredibly good and amazingly simple! I just used soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for the meat marinade, and a random assortment of veggies. Didn't put much thought or creativity into it yet it was so good. You are spot on about this being restaurant quality! When that Waltwins swag store opens I want to buy an apron. I think I'm good on armbands though. :-) As always, you guys are awesome, keep up the fun, positivity, and keep cookin'!

Nevermind I found it! Made this tonight and doubled the batch and tripled the gravy! Only change I made was the addition of minced ginger and topped with toasted sesame seeds. It's a winner for sure! Everyone loved it! Thanks a lot!

Hey fam! We will definitely add Kung Pao to the list! Yes, it can get pricy - we record several videos over a weekend, so most of the food gets put in the fridge to eat over a few days. We feel very blessed to be in a position where yes, what we make through as revenue pays for the cooks - at first we were paying for it (which is also why we able to do more elaborate cooks). So humbled to finally be able to plan cooks based on requests and what we want, rather than what our budgets could afford.😄. Take care fam!!

Hey fam! We will definitely add Kung Pao to the list! Yes, it can get pricy - we record several videos over a weekend, so most of the food gets put in the fridge to eat over a few days. We feel very blessed to be in a position where yes, what we make through as revenue pays for the cooks - at first we were paying for it (which is also why we able to do more elaborate cooks). So humbled to finally be able to plan cooks based on requests and what we want, rather than what our budgets could afford.😄. Take care fam!!
